to noise, even if the compressor is
not running and this is quite normal.
5. Front edges of the cooler/freezer
may feel warm. This is normal. These
areas are designed to be warm to
avoid condensation.
Electrical connection

4 Preparation
• Your cooler/freezer should be
installed at least 30 cm away from
heat sources such as hobs, ovens,
central heater and stoves and at least
5 cm away from electrical ovens and
should not be located under direct
sunlight.
• Please make sure that the interior
of your cooler/freezer is cleaned
thoroughly.
• If two coolers are to be installed side
by side, there should be at least 2 cm
distance between them.
• When you operate your cooler/freezer
for the first time, please observe the
following instructions during the initial
six hours.
• Its door should not be opened
frequently.
• It must be operated empty without
placing any food in it.
• Do not unplug your cooler/freezer.
If a power failure occurs out of your
control, please see the warnings in
the “Recommended solutions for the
problems” section.
• This product has been designed to
function at ambient temperatures
up to 43 °C (90 SDgrF). Even if the
ambient temperature falls to -15
°C, frozen food in the freezer does
not thaw thanks to its Advanced
Electronic Temperature Control
System. For the first installation, the
product should NOT be placed under
low ambient temperatures. This is
because the freezer cannot go down
to standard operation temperature.
When reaching continuous operation,
the product can be moved to
another place. Thus, later you can
place your product in the garage
or an unheated room without the
concern of causing frozen food to
get rotten. However, it is likely that
above mentioned low temperatures
may cause the freezing of the food in
the fridge compartment; thus, please
consume the food items in the fridge
in a controlled way as needed. When
ambient temperature goes back
to normal, you may change button
setting according to your need.
• If the ambient temperature is below
0°C, the food in fridge compartment
will freeze. Therefore, we recommend
not using the fridge compartment
in such low ambient temperatures.
You may continue to use the freezer
compartment as usual.

Do not store explosive substances or
containers with flammable propellant
gases (canned cream, spray cans etc.)
in the device. There is a danger of
explosion.
Placing the food
Defrosting of the fridge
The appliance defrosts automatically.
The fridge has an automatic defrosting
system. It means that it works in
a cycle, where it refrigerates when
there is frost on the back wall, and it
defrosts when water runs down the
back wall.
The frost formed on the back wall in
the fridge compartment is removed
automatically. During the defrosting
cycle the water that contains impurity
can block the plughole. If this
happens, clean the plughole with a
cotton bud.

ved enten at slukke for
den relevante sikring eller
ved at tage apparatets
stik ud af kontakten.

når stikket skal tages ud.
• Placer de drikkevarer,
der indeholder højere
alkoholprocent, stramt
lukket og lodret.

• For manuelt betjente
køle-/fryseskabe skal
man vente mindst 5
minutter med at starte
det efter strømsvigt.
• Denne brugermanual
skal afleveres til den
nye ejer når det skifter
ejermand.
• Undlad at beskadige
strømkablet, når køl/
frys transporteres. Det
kan forårsage brand
at bøje kablet. Placer
aldrig tunge genstande
på strømkablet. Rør
ikke ved stikket med
vådehænder, når du
tager stikket ud.
• Tilslut ikke køl/frys hvis
stikkontakten er løs.
• Vand bør ikke blive
sprayet direkte på indre
og ydre dele af produktet
af sikkerhedsmæssige
årsager.
7
• Undlad at sprøjte
substanser, der
indeholder brændbare
gasser, som. f.eks.
propangas, nær ved køl/
frys for at undgå risiko
for brand og eksplosion.
• Placer aldrig beholdere,
der er fyldt med vand,
oven på køl/frys, da det
kan forårsage elektrisk
stød eller brand.
• Overfyld ikke køl/
frys med overdrevne
mængder mad. Hvis det
er overfyldt, kan maden
falde ned og beskadige
dig og beskadige køl/
frys, når lågen åbnes.
Placer aldrig genstande
oven på køl/frys; disse
genstande kan falde
ned, når du åbner
eller lukker køle-/
fryseskabslågen.
• Vacciner, varmefølsome
medikamenter,
videnskabelige materialer
osv. bør ikke opbevares
i køl/frys, da de har brug
for præcis temperatur.
• Køl/frys skal tages ud
af stikkontakten, hvis
det ikke skal bruges
i længere tid. Et evt.
DA
problem i strømkablet
kan forårsage brand.
• Spidsen på stikket
bør rengøres jævnligt;
ellers kan den forårsage
brand.
• Spidsen af stikket bør
rengøres jævnligt med
en tør klud, da det ellers
kan forårsage brand.
• Køl/frys kan flytte sig,
hvis de justerbare ben
ikke er sikret godt nok
på gulvet. Rigtigt sikrede
justerbare ben på gulvet
kan forhindre køl/frys i at
flytte sig.
• Når køl/frys skal bæres,
må man ikke holde i
lågens håndtag. Hvis det
sker, kan det brække.
• Hvis produktet skal
placeres ved siden af et
andet køle-/fryseskab
eller fryser, skal
afstanden mellem de to
apparater være mindst
8 cm. Ellers kan de
tilgrænsende sidevægge
blive fugtige.
For produkter med en
vanddispenser;
For problemløs drift
af vandkredsløbet i
køleskabet skal trykket
i vandforsyningsnet
være på 1-8 bar. I det
tilfælde, når vandtrykket
overstiger 5 bar, skal
der anvendes en
trykregulator. Hvis trykket
i vandforsyningsnettet
overstiger 8 bar,
bør køleskabets
vandkredsløb ikke
sluttes til vandtilførslen.
Hvis du ikke ved,
hvordan du skal måle
tryk i vandforsyningsnet,
kan du bede fagfolk om
hjælp.
• Brug kun drikkevand.

Energibesparende
foranstaltninger
• Undlad at lade lågerne i køl/frys stå åbne i
lang tid.
• Put ikke varm mad eller drikke i køl/frys.
• Overfyld ikke køl/frys, så luftcirkulationen
bliver forhindret.
• Placer ikke dit køle-/fryseskab under
direkte sollys eller tæt på varmeudstrålende
apparater, som f.eks. ovne,
opvaskemaskiner eller radiatorer.
• Vær omhyggelig med at opbevare maden i
lukkede beholdere.
• Produkter med en fryser: Du kan opbevare
maksimal mængde madvarer i fryseren,
fryses.
• Optøning af frossen mad i køl/frys vil både
skabe energibesparelse og bevare madens
kvalitet.
