This section contains safety instruc­tions that will help protect from risk of personal injury or property dam­age. Failure to follow these instructions invalidates the granted warranty.
1.1 General safety
Your mains power supply should
comply with the information sup­plied on the rating plate of the ap­pliance.
Do not use the appliance with an
extension cord.
Do not pull the power cable when
unplugging the appliance.
This appliance can be used by the
children who are at the age of 8 or over and by the people who have limited physical, sensory or men­tal capacity or who do not have knowledge and experience, pro­vided that they are supervised or they understand the instructions with regard to safe use of the product and potential dangers. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and mainte­nance works should not be per­formed by children unless they are supervised by an adult.
Unplug the appliance before

Do not put fizzy drinks in the
freezer compartment. When con­sumed as soon as they are taken out of the appliance, ice cubes may cause freeze burns.
Do not take any material out of
the appliance when your hands are damp or wet as it may cause skin irritation and freeze burn. Bottles and cans should not be kept in freezer compartment as there is the risk of explosion when contents freeze.
Manufacturer's recommended
storage periods should be fol­lowed. Refer to relevant instruc­tions.
Do not put any block in front of
ventilation holes of the case and internal components of the appli­ance.
To quicken defrosting do not use
any mechanical devices or other methods except the ones recom­mended by the manufacturer.
Do not damage the cooler circuit.
R600a is a combustible gas.
Therefore, pay attention to not damaging the cooling system and piping during usage and transpor­tation. In the event of damage, keep your product away from po­tential fire sources that can cause the product catch a fire and venti­late the room in which the unit is placed.
1.2 Complance wth the WEEE Drectve and dsposal of waste products
This product does not include harmful and prohibited materials specified in the “Regulation for Supervision of the
Waste Electric and Electronic Appliances” issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning. Complies with the WEEE Regulation. This product has been manufactured with high quality parts and materials which can be reused and are suitable for recycling. Therefore, do not dispose the product with normal domestic waste at the end of its service life. Take it to a col­lection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Ask the local authority in your area for these collection points. Contribute to the preservation of environment and natural sources by taking the used products to the recy­cling points.

3 Use
3.1 Intended use
Appliance is intended for household use and stores, personnel kitchens in offices and other work environments; use by customers of farm houses and hotels and other accommodation type environments; hostel type places; food and bever­age services and similar non-retail applications.
3.2 Poston of applance
• When determining a location for your appliance make sure that the floor is level and strong.
• It should be a well ventilated location and the average room temperature should be between 16oC and 38oC.
• Do not place the appliance near heat sources such as oven, water heater or central heating. Do not place the product in places subject to di­rect sunlight like annex or sunroom.
• If you place the appliance in outdoor locations like a garage or annex, place the appliance above the damp course, otherwise there may be condensation in the appliance.
• Never place and operate the appliance in built- in walls or in any cabinet or furniture designed for the appliance. Rear grill and sides of cabinet may heat up.
• Place it in a way that back of the appliance is 9 cm (31/2") and sides of the appliance is 6 cm (3/4") away from wall. Do not use anything to cover the appliance.
• If two Coolers are to be installed side by side, there should be at least 4 cm distance between them.
3.2.1 Algnment of applance

3 Use
3.4.1 Thermostat knob

1. Internal temperature of the appliance is con­trolled with thermostat knob (6) placed on side wall of the appliance compartment.
2. Internal temperature of the appliance can be adjusted by turning the thermostat knob (6) to right or left.
3. The marks on the knob are not actual tempera­ture values in fridge but temperature grades. “OFF” means cooling is STOPPED, “7” indicates the lowest temperature setting. Turn the knob from "1" position to "7" position, the tempera­ture will decrease continuously. You can switch the thermostat knob (6) to a position suitable for your requirements.

3.5 Defrostng
• When the appliance is operated for a period of time, the inner surface of the freezer will be covered with a layer of frost. It may raise the electricity consumption and lessen the effect of refrigeration. So you should defrost this frost immediately.
• After the process of defrosting, clean the water accumulated in drip container immediately.
3.6 Drp contaner
You should check the drip container at certain in­tervals and drain the accumulated water. If not, the water in drip container can overflow and leak out.
