X-PIPES FOR FULL LENGTHS
PART# 1461,1462,1655,1658

TOOLS REQUIRED-13, 15mm sockets, ratchet, ¾” wrench, 22mm wrench.

Disconnect negative battery cable.
With BBK Full Length headers (part #’s 1642/0/5 or 1633/0/5) installed, lift X-pipe in place.
Line up rear of X-pipe with stock barrel style clamps and slip clamps over reduced end of X-pipe.
Position X-pipe collector flanges up to headers, connect headers and X-pipe with studs supplied
in the header kit.
Adjust position of exhaust system for fitment and clearance. Tighten clamps and collector nu t s.
Remove rear O2 sensors from the stock midpipes.
Install rear O2 sensors in the BBK X-pipe.
Connect supplied O2 sensor extension wires to plugs at wire harness at the side of the trans.
Connect the sensors.
Start engine and check for any exhaust leaks.
