MovementandfrictionwillbothbringstaticelectricitywhichcausesseriousdamagestointegratedIC.Thoughstatic
chargeislittle,whenalimitedquantityofelectricchargeisaddedtolarge-scaleintegratedIC,asthecapacitanceis
verysmallinthemeantime,nowtheintegratedICisverymucheasytobestruckthroughbystaticelectricityorthe
performancewilldecrease.Thusstaticelectricitypreventionisofextraordinaryimportance.Thefollowingareseveral
measurestopreventstaticelectricity:
1.Useapieceofelectricconductionmetalwiththelengthofabout2metrestoinsertintotheearth,andfetchthelead
wirefromthetopofthesurplusmetalandconnecttotherequiredstaticelectricitydevice.Thelengthanddepthofthe
metalembeddedundertheearthshouldbedeterminedaccordingtothewettabilityofthelocalsoil.Forhumidplaces,
itmaybeshorter,andlongeranddeeperfordryplaces.Ifpossible,itcanbedistributedandlayedintermsof“#”shape.
2.Onoperatingtable-board,theantistatictablecushionshouldbecoveredandgrounded.
3.Alldevicesandequipmentsshouldbeplacedontheantistatictablecushionandgrounded.
4.Maintenancepersonnelshouldwearantistaticwristringwhichshouldbegrounded.
5.Placesaroundtheoperatingpositionshouldalsobecoveredwithelectricconductioncushionorpaintedwith
antistaticpaint.

1.Donotstareatlaserheaddirectly,forlaseremissionwilloccurwhenlaserheadisworking,whichwillhurtyoureyes!

Directlyviewwhetherabnormalitiesofcollision,lackofelement,jointwelding,sheddingwelding,rosinjoint,copper
foilturningup,leadwiredisconnectionandelementsburningupamongpinsofelementsappear.Checkpowersupply
ofthemachineandthenusehandstotouchthecasingofpartofelementsandcheckwhethertheyarehottojudge
thetroublespot.Youshouldpaymoreattentionwhenusingthismethodtocheckinhighvoltageparts.

Setthemultimeterinresistancepositionandtestwhetherthenumericalvalueofresistanceofeachpointinthe
circuithasdifferencefromthenormalvaluetojudgethetroublespot.Butinthecircuitthetestednumericalvalueof
resistanceisnotaccurate,andthetestednumericalvalueofintegratedIC'spinscanonlybeusedforreference,so
theelementsshouldbebrokendownfortest.
1.2.3Voltagemethod
Voltagemethodisrelativelyconvenient,quickandaccurate.Setthemultimeterinvoltagepositionandtest
powersupplyvoltageoftheplayerandvoltageofacertainpointtojudgethetroublespotaccordingtothetested
voltagevariation.
1.2.4Currentmethod
Setthemultimeterincurrentpositionandtestcurrentoftheplayerofacertainpointtojudgethetroublespot.
Butwhentestingincurrentmethod,themultimetershouldbeseriesconnectedinthecircuit,whichmakesthis
methodtootrivialandtroublesome,soitislessfrequentlyusedinreality.

Cuttingmethodshouldbecombinedwithelectricresistancemethodandvoltagemethodtouse.Thismethodis
mainlyusedinphenomenaofshortcircuitandcurrentleakageofthecircuit.Whencuttingtheinputterminalvoltage
