due to high absorbent special insulation materials
in and efficient noise reducing construction of the
“super silent” cabinet..
Comfortable monitoring of all compressor performances via B-CONTROL. The new optional
B-MESSENGER offers remote monitoring and control.
Due to the vertical housing design the block is
easily accessible for maintenance work.
The efficient P61 purification system guarantees

THE COMPRESSOR BLOCK -
HEART OF THE UNIT
Maximum efficiency due to heavy duty compressor blocks meant for continuous operation.
Low thermal load on the 4-and 5-stage compres-
sors guarantees maximum life time of the unit,
even under the harshest ambient conditions.
Tempered cylinders with special plateau honing as
well as wear & tear-free high-tech polymer piston
rings in the final stage minimize oil consumption
and wear off.
Robust low pressure oil pump with oil filter for
extended life time and oil change intervals.
Indestructible industrial roller bearings suited for
continuous operation during 30,000 operating
hours and more.
Corrosion resistant intermediate and final coolers
made of stainless steel.
FULL CONTROL DUE TO
B-CONTROL AND B-MESSENGER
The B-CONTROL allows free programming acc.
to individual customer´s needs.
Operating convenience due to big 8-line LCD-dis-
play and free choice of languages (7 languages).
Optional: Interconnected operation of several units
is possible.
The B-MESSENGER (optional) informs the opera-
tor via SMS on the mobile phone or pager or fax
about all relevant compressor data, e.g. forthcoming maintenance work or filter changes etc.
PURE SAFETY THROUGH
THE BAUER P-SYSTEM
The patented P purification system guarantees
the supply of compressed breathing air acc. to
EN 12021 and offers long filter cartridge life
time.
The new oil and water separator has been inte-
grated into the bottom of the filter housing,
together with the final pressure safety valve for
225/330 bar.
The automatic condensate drain device drains con-
densate from all intermediate separators and final
separator during operation and shut-down of the
unit and is opened for unloaded start-up, too.
SECURUS - THE BODYGUARD
OF YOUR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
The patented filter monitoring system continuously controls the saturation of the filter
cartridge.
Automatic shut-down of the unit after warning for
upcoming filter saturation, guarantees compliance with
the directives of the EN 12021 breathing air standard.
High efficiency due to optimum use of the filter cartridge.
In contradiction to others, the integrated monitoring
sensor system does not have to be calibrated.
