ENGLISH

Installing the batteries:

Open the battery compartment and insert two batteries type AAA. Do not mix old and new batteries. Close the compartment.

Set up

Direct code mode:

Turn on the device manually. Select the device, brand and code number from the attached code list. For example TV/TXT brand ACE, code 0713. Press “SET” and then the device button, for example “TV1”, the LED will light up. Type in the according code number “0713”, after the last digit the LED will turn off. Check if all buttons work properly. If not, select a different code. If there is no other code available use the quick search mode.

To stop the setup mode press the device button again or wait for 10 seconds; it will stop automatically. Note: For buttons without functions the LED will not light up.

If direct mode is not successful use the quick search mode.

Quick search mode:

Power on the device manually. Press and hold the “SET” button and press the device button to be set.

Release both buttons; the LED turns on. Press the “SET” button again, the LED will flash. Press the

“POWER” button step by step until the device reacts (Power off) then press the “SET” button and again the device button. Check if all buttons work properly. If not, start the procedure again. The code search will start at the code after the last selected code. (not from the beginning again).

Note: The search direction can be changed by pressing the “SET” button once for backward and again for forward search. The start configuration is always forward.

Automatic search mode:

Turn on the TV, VCR SAT etc. manually. Press the device key to setup, then press the “SET (green) +

POWER (red)” buttons together until the LED flashes. Aim the remote control at the device you want to control. When the device reacts press the “POWER” button. Check if all buttons work properly. If not, start the procedure again, but read out the code first (see below).

Read out:

To read out the 4-digit code press and hold the “SET” button and press “1” for the first digit. Release the

“SET” button. Press the “SET” button again and press “2” to read out the second digit. Press the “SET” button again, press “3” to read out the third digit and 4 to read the fourth digit.

Note: Write down how often LED flashes by which digit, this is the currently used code.

Do not expose the product to water or moisture.

Maintenance:

Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.

Batterien einsetzen

Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und setzen Sie zwei AAA-Batterien ein. Mischen Sie nicht erschöpfte und frische Batterien. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.

Einstellung

Direktcode-Modus

Schalten Sie das zu bedienende Gerät ein. Wählen Sie Gerät, Marke und Code von der beigefügten Codeliste, beispielsweise TV/TXT Marke ACE, Code 0713. Drücken Sie „SET“ und die Taste für das Gerät, beispielsweise „TV1“, die LED leuchtet auf. Geben Sie den Code „0713“ ein, nach Eingabe der letzten Ziffer erlischt die LED. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Tasten funktionieren. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, so wählen Sie einen anderen Code. Steht kein weiterer Code zur Verfügung, so wechseln Sie zum Schnellsuchmodus.

Zum Verlassen des Einstellungsmodus drücken Sie erneut die Gerätetaste oder warten Sie 10 Sekunden ab, damit wird der Modus automatisch verlassen. Bitte beachten Sie: Bei Tasten ohne Funktion leuchtet die LED nicht auf.

Ist der Direktmodus nicht erfolgreich, so wechseln Sie zum Schnellsuchmodus.

Schnellsuchmodus

Schalten Sie das zu bedienende Gerät ein. Halten Sie „SET“ gedrückt und drücken Sie die Taste für das einzustellende Gerät. Lassen Sie beide Tasten wieder los, die LED leuchtet auf. Drücken Sie erneut „SET“, die LED blinkt. Drücken Sie „POWER“, bis das Gerät reagiert (ausschaltet), dann drücken Sie erneut „SET“ und die Gerätetaste. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Tasten funktionieren. Sollte das nicht

der Fall sein, so wiederholen Sie den Vorgang. Die Codesuche startet nun mit dem nächsten Code (nicht wieder von vorn).

Bitte beachten Sie: Mit einfachem Tastendruck auf „SET“ ändern Sie die Suchrichtung. Die

Startkonfiguration ist vorwärts.

Automatischer Suchmodus

Schalten Sie Fernseher, Videorekorder, Satellitenempfänger usw. ein. Drücken Sie die Gerätetaste des einzustellenden Geräts, dann gleichzeitig „SET“ (grün) und „POWER“ (rot), bis die LED blinkt. Richten Sie die Fernbedienung auf das zu steuernde Gerät aus. Reagiert das Gerät, dann drücken Sie „POWER“. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Tasten funktionieren. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, so wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, aber lesen Sie den Code zunächst aus (siehe unten).

Auslesen

Zum Auslesen des 4-stelligen Codes halten Sie „SET“ gedrückt und drücken Sie „1“ für die erste Stelle. Lassen Sie „SET“ wieder los. Halten Sie „SET“ erneut gedrückt und drücken Sie „2“ zum Auslesen der 2. Stelle. Halten Sie „SET“ erneut gedrückt und drücken Sie „3“ zum Auslesen der 3. Stelle und drücken Sie „4“ zum Auslesen der 4. Stelle.

Bitte beachten Sie: Notieren Sie, wie oft die LED für die jeweilige Stelle geblinkt hat.

Sicherheitsvorkehrungen:

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät nicht mit Wasser oder Feuchtigkeit in Berührung kommt.

Wartung:

Nur mit einem trockenen Tuch säubern. Keine Reinigungsoder Scheuermittel verwenden.

Mise en place des piles :

Ouvrez le compartiment à piles et insérez deux piles AAA. Ne pas utiliser simultanément des piles usagées et des piles neuves. Fermez le compartiment à piles.

Installation

Mode code direct :

Allumez le dispositif manuellement. Cherchez la marque et le code du dispositif dans la liste des codes fournie. Par exemple TV/TXT marque ACE, code 0713. Appuyez sur “SET” puis sur la touche device, par exemple “TV1”, le témoin s’allume. Entrez le code “0713”, une fois le dernier chiffre entré, le témoin s’éteint. Vérifiez que toutes les touches fonctionnent correctement. Si ce n’est pas le cas, choisissez un code différent. Si aucun autre code n’est disponible, utilisez le mode de recherche rapide.

Pour arrêter le mode d’installation, appuyez de nouveau sur la touche device ou attendez 10 secondes ; l’arrêt se fera automatiquement. Remarque : Pour les touches n’ayant pas de fonction, le témoin ne s’allume pas.

Si le mode direct n’est pas concluant, utilisez le mode de recherche rapide.

Mode de recherche rapide :

Allumez le dispositif manuellement. Maintenez enfoncée la touche “Set” puis appuyez sur la touche du dispositif à régler. Relâchez les deux touches, le témoin s’allume. Appuyez de nouveau sur “SET”, le témoin se met à clignoter. Appuyez sur la touche “POWER” à plusieurs reprises jusqu’à ce que le dispositif réagisse (s’éteint), puis appuyez sur “SET” et de nouveau sur la touche du dispositif. Vérifiez

que toutes les touches fonctionnent correctement. Si ce n’est pas le cas, recommencez la procédure. La recherche du code démarrera avec le code suivant (et non avec zéro).

Remarque : Le sens de la recherche peut être changé en appuyant une “SET” une première fois pour une recherche vers l’arrière et une deuxième fois pour une recherche vers l’avant. Par défaut c’est toujours vers l’avant.

Mode de recherche automatique :

Allumez manuellement télé, magnétoscope, récepteur etc. Appuyez sur la touche du dispositif à régler, puis appuyez en même temps sur SET (vert) + POWER (rouge)” jusqu’à ce que le témoin clignote. Dirigez la télécommande vers l’appareil à contrôler. Lorsque l’appareil réagit, appuyez sur la touche “POWER”.

Vérifiez que toutes les touches fonctionnent correctement. Si ce n’est pas le cas, recommencez la procédure, mais lisez le code d’abord (voir ci-dessous).

Lecture :

Pour lire les 4 chiffres du code, maintenez enfoncée la touche “Set” et appuyez sur “1” pour le premier chiffre. Relâchez la touche “SET”. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche “SET” et appuyez sur “2” pour le

deuxième chiffre. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche “SET” et appuyez sur “3” pour le troisième chiffre et “4” pour le quatrième chiffre.

Remarque : Notez quelque part le nombre de clignotements du témoin pour chaque chiffre.

Consignes de sécurité :

Ne pas exposer l’appareil à l’eau ni à l’humidité.

Entretien :

Ne nettoyez l’appareil qu’avec un chiffon sec. N’utilisez pas de solvants ou de produits abrasifs.

Garantie :

Aucune garantie ou responsabilité ne sera acceptée en cas de modification et/ou de transformation du produit ou en cas de dommages provoqués par une utilisation incorrecte de l’appareil.

Généralités :

Hoe de batterijen te installeren:.

Open het batterij compartiment en plaats twee batterijen type AAA. Gebruik geen oude en nieuwe batterijen door elkaar. Plaats het batterijklepje terug.

Set up

Direct code modus:

Schakel het te bedienen apparaat in. Zoek het apparaat, merk en codenummer op in de bijgevoegde codelijst. Bijvoorbeeld TV/TXT merk ACE, code 0713. Druk op “SET”- en dan op de apparaat toets bijvoorbeeld “TV1”, de LED zal continu oplichten. Voer code nummer “0713” in. Na het laatste cijfer zal de LED uitgaan. Controleer of alle toetsen naar behoren werken. Indien dit niet het geval is, kiest u een andere code. Indien er geen andere code aangegeven staat gebruikt u de quick search modus. Deze instelling is van toepassing op alle apparaat toetsen. Om de setup modus uit te schakelen, druk op de apparaat toets. Na 10 seconden gebeurt dit automatisch. Let op: bij het indrukken van toetsen zonder functie, zal de LED niet oplichten.

Indien de direct modus niet werkt, gebruikt u de quick search modus.

Quick search modus:

Schakel het te bedienen apparaat in. Druk de “SET” toets en de toets voor het apparaat dat u wil bedienen tegelijk in. Laat daarna beide toetsen weer los, de LED zal oplichten. Druk weer op de “SET” toets, de LED zal gaan knipperen. Druk nu meerdere malen op de “POWER” toets totdat het apparaat reageert door zichzelf in de Standby modus te zetten. Druk dan op de “SET” toets en daarna op de toets voor het geselecteerde apparaat. Controleer of alle toetsen naar behoren werken. Indien dit niet het geval is, herhaalt u bovenstaande procedure. Het zoeken van de juiste code gaat verder vanaf de code die u het laatst ingevoerd heeft.

Let op: De zoekrichting kan aangepast worden door de “SET” toets éénmaal in te drukken om in omgekeerde richting te zoeken. De startrichting is altijd vooruit.
