ATV Clamp and Adapter Kit 85607951

For use with BaseLine Tire Changers

Adapter Plate Installation

1. Remove existing “short bolt” from clamp assembly. Be sure

to keep the bushing and spring washer.

Pull latch out & rotate clamp to install or remove.

Push latch in to lock in place.

2. Position supplied adapter plate (85607949) onto clamp carrier.

40-45 ft. lbs.

Table Top Linkage

3. Use supplied “long bolt” (85607950) to reassemble clamp assembly.

To Remove

Lock Handle (Latch)

4. Fit ATV clamp over existing clamp on table top & push

lock handle in place. Pull handle to release lock.

Note:

1) Air pressure should be regulated to 100 PSI maximum when using these accessories.

2) Always observe safe mounting procedure and use approved rubber tire lubricant liberally.
