Use as intended

The buffet cabinet is intended for presentation of food that is not susceptible to
temperature, such as biscuits, dry cakes, chocolates, filled buns andsandwiches.

Products displayed on 3 levels, which saves room.

User instructions

 Unpack the buffet cabinet and remove the packing material according to the

environmental regulations.

 The buffet cabinet should be thoroughly cleaned before the first use. Follow the

instructions in section 6 “Cleaning instructions”.

 Place the buffet cabinet on an even surface.
 When placing, make sure there is enough space from service side to open the

glass doors.

 Do not locate the buffet cabinet in the place exposed to the direct sunlight.
 Do not store perishable products in the buffet cabinet.
 Glass shelves are operated from the service side and can be removed, if necessary.
 Prepare appropriate food products and place them on the shelves.

 To remove the presented food products, open the glass door from the service side.

 To close the glass door, there is a magnet on

the middle shelf fixing that attracts the handle
and holds the glass door shut.

Cleaning instructions

 To clean the device, remove the shelves.
 Clean the shelves and interior and exterior of the buffet cabinet with a soft, wet,

lint-free cloth.

 In case of strong contamination, use a mild cleaning agent.
 Never use harsh or coarse cleaning agent which may scratch the surface of the

buffet cabinet.
