Do not place the scale in the direct vicinity of heat
sources. Scale and display may only be operated
at temperatures between 10° and 40°C. At higher
or lower temperatures malfunctions or permanent
damage can occur.
Do not charge the scale with weight in excess of
180 kg / 396 lb! This can irreparably damage the
scale
Caution!
Old batteries can leak battery acid. In the event of
the batteries leaking acids, wear protective gloves.
Clean the battery compartment with a dry cloth.
Remove the batteries if you will not be using the scale for a longer period of time.
Please note!
Avoid electrostatic charging and discharging. Electrostatic charging or discharging can cause incorrect displays or suddenly switch-off the scale.
No liability/guarantee is assumed for damages

Please ensure that both the floor where the
weigh scales are set up and the surface of the

nobody slips.
Please note!
The glass scale contains sensitive electronic components and must therefore not be installed
• close to heat sources
• in environments that are exposed to extreme
humidity
Use
Attention: Never burden the scales one-sidedly. Always step onto the scales in the middle and with
both feet. If you do not, the digital glass scale could
tip to one side and be irreparably damaged.
Additionally, there is the risk of falling over!
1. Tap your foot lightly on the centre of the scale
until “HI” appears on the LCD display.
Warning Displays
“0_Ld” appears in the LCD display if the weight exceeds the maximum weighing capacity of 180
kg/396 lb. Step off the scale immediately as you
may otherwise cause damage.
Replace the batteries if “Lo” appears in the display.
The scale is unable to measure the weight if “Err”
appears in the display. Step off the scale in this
case, wait for a few seconds and then try again.
Make sure you stand calmly and do not interrupt
the weighing process.
2. Stand with both feet on the scale once “0.0”
appears on the LCD display. Stand calmly and
without shifting your weight.
3. During weighing, the “kg/lb” LCD display flashes and the displayed value rises until your
weight has been determined.
4. The “kg/lb” display now stops flashing and your
weight is displayed in grades of 0.1 kg/0.2 lb.
Attention: never jump on to the scale as this may
cause damage.

Replacing the Batteries
Use and Storage
• Please take note that the measurement results of
different scales may differ slightly.
• Avoid using the batteries unnecessarily. Therefore, do not store any items on the scale if it is not

DIGITAALINEN
HENKILÖVAAKA
Turvallisuusohjeita
Vaara!
jotta he eivät leikkisi laitteella.
Varoitus!
Älä aseta vaakaa lämmönlähteiden välittömään läheisyyteen.
Vaa’an ja näytön käyttölämpötila on 10° – 40 °C.
Mikäli lämpötila on suurempi tai pienempi, vaaka
voi toimia väärin tai vaurioitua pysyvästi. Vaa’an
suurin sallittu kuormitus on 180 kg / 396 lb!
Vaaka voi ylikuormitettuna vaurioitua
korjauskelvottomaksi.
Huomaa!
pois.
kotelossa oleva eristenauha ja aseta paristot uudelleen paristokoteloon niiden napaisuuden
mukaisesti.
2. Aseta kääntökansi jälleen paristokotelolle ja
paina se kiinni, kunnes se lukittuu kuuluvasti.
3. Valitse haluttu mittayksikkö (kg tai lbs) valintakyt-
kintä käyttämällä.
- 13 -
• Aseta lasinen vaaka tasaiselle, kovalle alustalle.
Huolehdi, ettei lattia eikä myöskään vaa’an pinta
ole kostea – liukastumisen vaara olemassa!
Huomaa!
Tämä lasinen vaaka sisältää herkkiä elektronisia
osia, jonka vuoksi sitä ei saa käyttää
• lämpölähteiden läheisyydessä
• erittäin kosteassa ympäristössä
Käyttö
Huomio: Älä koskaan kuormita lasivaakaa yksipuolisesti. Astu aina lasivaa’an keskelle molemmilla jaloilla. Muutoin lasivaaka saattaa kallistua sivulle ja
vaurioitua korjauskelvottomaan kuntoon. Lisäksi on
olemassa kaatumisvaara!
1. Paina jalkaterälläsi kevyesti vaa’an keskustaa,
kunnes LCD-näyttöön ilmestyy „HI“.
2. Kun näyttö muuttuu ja näet LCD-näytössä „0.0“,
nouse vaa’alle molemmin jaloin. Pysy liikkumatta
ja seiso mahdollisimman tasapainoisesti.
Varoitusnäytöt
Kun paino ylittää maksimaalisen 180 kg / 396 lb
punnituskapasiteetin, LCD-näyttöön ilmestyy
„0_Ld“. Poistu heti vaa’alta, sillä se voi muutoin
vaurioitua.
Kun LCD -näyttöön ilmestyy „Lo“, molemmat paristot
on vaihdettava.
painoasi. Poistu tässä tapauksessa vaa’alta, odota
muutaman sekunnin ja yritä sitten vielä kerran.
Huomioi, että seisot rauhallisesti. Älä keskeytä
punnitusta.
3. Näyttö „kg“ / „lb“ vilkuu LCD-näytössä punnituksen aikana ja näytössä näkyvä arvo nousee,
kunnes painosi on saatu selville.
saattaa muutoin vaurioitua.
