RETAINING RING

For replacement of the straightening vane assembly, please follow these steps:

1. Remove the retaining ring.

2. Pull out the old straightening vane assembly from the meter.

3. Pick up "Vane A" from the components received for the new assembly.

4. While holding such that the "ears" and slot are up, pick up "Vane B" and again, with the ears up, slide it into slot of "Vane A".

5. Now pick up "Vane C" and with the ears up, slide it into position in the assembly.

6. Find the (2) half rings and hold them on either side of the vane assembly,

just below the ears.

7. Drop the new assembly into the meter.

8. Reposition the retaining ring.
