AXIS Image Enhancer

for AXIS Camera Station

AXIS Image Enhancer is an add-on software component for
AXIS Camera Station that improves image quality in fog,
smoke, rain and snow.

Live and recorded video streams affected by adverse
weather conditions are improved using a mathematical

algorithm that delivers real-time results far superior to
simply adjusting brightness and contrast. Video is shown
without distorting elements, which makes this the ideal
solution for any situation where video quality can be
affected by bad weather and crucial information can be lost.

AXIS Image Enhancer can be used to secure parking lots,
harbors, airports, road tolls and other facilities where image

clarity is needed for safe and smooth operations.

Product Specifications

• AXIS Image Enhancer requires AXIS Camera Station
version 1.20 or higher.

• AXIS Image Enhancer is activated with a license key, no
additional software installation required.

• One AXIS Image Enhancer license is required per video
channel. License keys can be purchased in packages of 1
and 5.

• Supports all Axis color network video cameras and servers
except MPEG-2 products.

• Optimal image enhancement is achieved on color video
taken between dawn and dusk.

• AXIS Image Enhancer must be activated for enhancement
of recorded images.
