ADS48
OVERVIEW
The Audix ADS48 is a wide range UHF antenna distribution system that combines up to four wireless systems to be able to run off a single pair of antennas and power supply. The ADS48 has an internal switching power supply which eliminates the need for the individual DC power supplies normally needed for each receiver. RF signals are internally amplified in order to compensate for any loss that may result from splitting the signal.

Using the power jumper cables plug one side of the cable into DC Output
Using the BNC antenna coax cable, connect output Antenna A #1 from the ADS48 (see E above) to Antenna A on the Performance Series receiver and Antenna B #1 from the ADS48
#1 on the ADS48 (see D above) and the other end to the DCV Input on the Performance Series receiver. Additional receivers will be done in the same sequence.
(see C above) to Antenna B on the Performance Series receiver. Additional receivers are done in exactly the same way.
Power Cable: Plug the provided IEC power cable into the back of the ADS48 and then plug into electrical outlet. (see A above)
IMPORTANT: Antennas must be hooked up correctly A to A and B to B to work properly.
Power up the ADS48 via the power switch on the front. The light will indicate that the unit is powered up. The ADS48 acts as the master power unit for all receivers in the chain. Receivers will not power up without the master power switch being on.
