Please read and follow all instructions before use.
Safety Warnings
1. Unplug the fan before moving it or performing maintenance . Do not touch the fan when your hands are wet.
2. Those who are not qualified electricians should not disassemble, repair or rebuild the fan.
3. Unplug the fan when it is not in use.
4. DO NOT unplug the fan by holding the cable cord. Unplug by holding the plug.
5. DO NOT use the fan when there is damage to the cable cord or plug.
6. DO NOT use the fan with extension cord.
7. DO NOT use the fan close to the fires.
8. DO NOT insert your hand or other objects into the guard or near any of the movable parts.
9. Be sure front and rear guard screw are completely screwed down in locking position before operation
10. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
11. If the supply cord is damaged, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer , or a qualified electrici an in order to avoid hazard.
12. DO NOT use this fan outdoors.
CAUTION
1. DO NOT immerse the fan.
2. Fit the guard onto fan before starting up the fan.
3. This fan is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the fan by a person responsible for their safety. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the fan.

z DO NOT ALLOW WATER OR STEAM TO GET ON OR INTO THE FAN MOTOR HOUSING. z DO NOT USE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AS A CLEANER: GASOLINE, THINNER OR BENZINE z BE SURE TO USE A SOFT CLOTH MOISTENED WITH MILD SOAP SOLUTION. z WIPE ALL PARTS WITH A SOFT CLOTH. z DRY ALL PARTS COMPLETELY BEFORE REASSEMBLING OR RECONNECTING THE FAN TO THE
WALL OU TLET.
z KEEP SURFACES DRY AND CLEAN FOR A LONGER-LASTING FINISH. z PERIODIC CLEANING OF THIS FAN IS RECOMMENDED BY LIGHTLY RUNNING A VACUUM CLEANER
NOZZLE OVER THE FAN GRILL TO REMOVE ANY DUST OR DIRT THAT MAY HAVE ACCUMULATED INSIDE OR ON THE UNIT.
UNPLUG FROM ELECTRICAL SUPPLY SOURCE BEFORE CLEANING.
Operating Instructions
1. TO ADJUST AIRFLOW UPWARD OR DOWNWARD: Tilt fan head to the desired angle. This high velocity fan can be used alone or in conjunction with air conditioning. Rotating the fan head upward serves to pull air from the floor and circulate it throughout the entire room.
2. SPEED CONTROL: Be sure to use this fan with a power outlet that conforms to the voltage requirements. The fan comes with two different speeds. Adjust the desired speed by rotating t he switch knob: 0 - Stop, 1 - Low , 2 - High
3. Please assemble the wheels as shown in the instruction of wheel assembly drawings below before operating.
Wheel assembly drawing (see diagrams below)
1. Insert the two wheels into the two holes on the bracket to match the Hole A & Hole B (drawing 1)
2. Insert the screw to the hole on the wheel shaft then tighten it (drawing 2)
