VOLCANO WOK BURNER
The Volcano burner has 3 functions:
Inner Flame: Used for wok cooking, a vast amount of
heat is directed to the base of the wok, rather than
around the sides
Outer Flame: Perfect for large pots and pans
Simmer Setting: Although this burner can produce a
large flame, it can also be used for gentle simmering
of a sauce for instance.
