Safety

•Place the cooler/warmer in an area where there is constant free airflow available.

•Never cover the cooler/warmer during use.

•Always place the cooler/warmer on a flat, stable surface.

•Do not subject the cooler/warmer to knocks or blows.

•Do not attempt to open the housing of the cooler/warmer or modify it in any way.

•All repairs must only be carried out by qualified service technicians.

Note:

•This cooler/warmer contains electronic components and must only be used indoors, under cover or in such

conditions that it is not exposed to moisture, water or other liquid.

•The cooler/warmer is only intended for temporary cooling/ warming. It is not intended for continuous use over

an extended period.

Care, maintenance and storage

3	4	• Always turn off the cooler/warmerand make sure it is
		unplugged before cleaning.
		• Never pour water directly into the cooler/warmer during
		cleaning. Wipe the interior and exterior of the cooler/warmer
2		with a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never
		solvents or corrosive chemicals.
1		• Turn off the cooler/warmer and pull its lead from both
		the box and socket when it is not being used.
		• Once cleaned, the cooler/warmer should be stored in a dry,
		dust-free environment and out of children’s reach.
		Replacing the fuse
		The 12 V plug also doubles as a fuse holder. Changing procedure:

Operating instructions

Note:

•The LED display of the cooler/warmer is only able to show the approximate temperature. Many factors can influence the box’s temperature such as the overall ambient temperature, how much is packed and how the contents are packed.

•Turn the cooler/warmer off and let it rest for 5 minutes before changing between the hot and cold functions.

•The cooler/warmer has a fan for automatic heat and cold regulation.

1.Connect the cooler/warmer to a 12 V socket.

2.Select the desired function, (HOT) or (COLD) using

the function switch (6). Two LED indicators sit above each of the two functions. Green = COLD, red = HOT.

3.Use the lid lock (2) to lock the lid securely in place. Observe the markings on lock knob itself to ensure proper locking.

4.Turn the selector switch to OFF to turn cooler/warmer off.

Handy hint

Use the drinks lid to retrieve drinks in order to maintain a consistent cold/hot temperature. Fizzy drink bottles can be easily retrieved using the drinks lid.

Troubleshooting guide

The cooler/warmer	• Make sure that the power lead is whole,
won’t turn on.	undamaged and properly connected to
	both the box and 12 V socket.
	• Check that the 12 V socket is live.
	• Check the fuse status in the 12 V plug.

	the fuse section above.
The cooler/warmer	The automatic fan may turn on and off

Säkerhet

•Placera kylboxen så att luft alltid kan cirkulera fritt runt höljet vid användning.

•Täck aldrig över kylboxen vid användning.

•Placera alltid kylboxen på ett plant och stabilt underlag.

•Utsätt inte kylboxen för slag och stötar.

•Försök inte öppna kylboxens hölje eller ändra den på något sätt.

•Alla reparationer måste utföras av kvalificerad servicepersonal.

Obs!

•Kylboxen innehåller elektroniska komponenter och får endast användas inomhus, under tak eller under sådana förhållanden att den inte utsätts för fukt, vatten eller annan vätska.

•Kylboxen är endast avsedd för tillfällig nedkylning/uppvärmning. Den är inte avsedd för kontinuerlig användning under en längre period.

Användning

Obs!

•Kylboxens LED-display visar ungefärlig temperatur. Många faktorer påverkar temperaturen, t.ex. omgivande temperatur, hur mycket varor som finns i boxen, hur dessa är packade.

•Stäng av kylboxen och låt den vila i 5 min innan du byter funktion från kyla till värme eller tvärtom.

•Kylboxens fläkt slås på och stängs av automatiskt vid användning för att reglera temperaturen.

1.Anslut kylboxen till ett 12 V-uttag.

2.Välj funktion, värme (HOT) eller kyla (COLD), med funktions­ väljaren (6). LED-indikatorerna ovanför respektive läge indikerar vald funktion. Grön = kyla, röd = värme.

3.Använd låsvredet (2) för att låsa upp eller låsa locket, se märkning på vredet.

4.Sätt funktionsväljaren i läge OFF för att stänga av.

Tips!

För att behålla kylan/värmen i boxen: använd extralocket för att ta ut t.ex. dryck. Du kan ta ut en hel PET-flaska utan att öppna det stora locket.

Skötsel, underhåll och förvaring

•Stäng av kylboxen och se till att den inte är ansluten till 12 V före rengöring.

•Häll inte vatten direkt i kylboxen vid rengöring. Torka av inoch utsida med en fuktig trasa. Använd ett milt rengöringsmedel, aldrig lösningsmedel eller frätande kemikalier.

•Stäng av kylboxen och dra ut 12 V-kabeln ur boxen och ur 12 V-uttaget i bilen/husvagnen när boxen inte används.

•Förvara kylboxen väl rengjord på en sval dammfri plats utom räckhåll för barn.

Byte av säkring

12 V-kabelns propp innehåller en säkring. Gör så här för att byta:

1.	Skruva ur den gängade	2. Dra ut säkringshållaren
	säkringshållaren på	och byt säkringen
	proppens spets.	(8 A, 6 x 32 mm).
3.	Skruva tillbaka säkringshållaren i proppen.

Felsökningsschema

Kylboxen går inte	• Se till att anslutningskabeln är hel
