SETTING ANALOG TIME

1. Carefully pull Crown out all the way and turn in either direction until desired time is diplayed.

2. Carefully push Crown back in all the way to resume time keeping.

SELECTING DIGITAL FEATURES

						00		Minutes, and Seconds.
▲	1:			0	0 A		A	2. From Time Telling Mode, press ÔCÕ
						L		once. 24 Hour Alarm Mode appears.

SETTING THE TIME

9:0	0	P	1. From Time Telling Mode, press and
		00	hold ÔBÕ for 2-3 seconds. Seconds

flash. Press ÔAÕ to zero out Seconds. NOTE: Zeroing out 30 or more Seconds will automatically add one minute to digital Time Telling.

	9	:0	0	P	2. Press ÔBÕ, Minutes flash. Press ÔAÕ
				00	to advance the Minutes.
	9	:0	0	P	3. Press ÔBÕ, Hours flash. Press ÔAÕ
				00	to advance the Hour.

12/24 HOUR (MILITARY) TIME

	12				H	4. Press ÔBÕ, Ô12Õ flashes to indicate
						12/24 Hour Format Setting. Press ÔAÕ
	2		4		H	once. Ô24Õ flashes to indicate 24 Hour
						Time Format. Press ÔAÕ again to return
						to normal 12 Hour Format.
	9	:	0	0	P	5. Press ÔBÕ to end setting sequence and
					00	to return to Time Telling Mode.

SETTING THE CALENDAR

▲	5	3	T	1. From Calendar Mode, press and hold
			U	ÔBÕ for 2-3 seconds. Date flashes.
				Press ÔAÕ to advance the Date.
▲	5	3	T	2. Press ÔBÕ, Months flash. Press ÔAÕ
			U	to advance the Month.
▲	5	3	T	3. Press ÔBÕ, Day flashes. Press ÔAÕ
			U	to advance the Day.

4. Press ÔBÕ to end setting sequence.

5. Press ÔCÕ once to return to Time Telling Mode.

SETTING THE ALARM

▲	1:0			A	1. From Time Telling Mode, press ÔCÕ
				0A
				L	once to obtain Alarm Mode.
	1	:0		A	2. Press and hold ÔBÕ for 2-3 seconds.
			0 AL		Alarm Hours flash. Press ÔAÕ to
					advance the Hour.
	1	:0		A	3. Press ÔBÕ, Alarm Minutes flash.
			0 AL		Press ÔAÕ to advance the Minutes.

4. Press ÔBÕ to end setting sequence.

5. Press ÔCÕ three times to return to Time Telling Mode.

ACTIVATING/DEACTIVATING 24 HOUR ALARM

			1. From Time Telling Mode, press ÔCÕ
			once to obtain Alarm Mode.
▲	1:00A	A	2. Press ÔAÕ once. Alarm Symbol appears

on the left side of the display to indicate the Alarm is activated and will sound at the preset Alarm Time for 20 seconds or until any button is pressed.

3. Press ÔAÕ to deactivate the Alarm.

4. Press ÔCÕ three times to return to Time Telling Mode.

ACTIVATING THE ALARM AND HOURLY CHIME

hold ÔAÕ. At the same time, press ÔBÕ. Hourly Chime symbol appears on the left side of the display to indicate the Hourly Chime is activated and will now sound a beep every hour on the hour.

2. Repeat above procedure to deactivate Hourly Chime.

CHRONOGRAPH

1. From Time Telling Mode, press ÔCÕ twice to obtain the Chronograph Mode.

2. Press ÔAÕ to start timing.

3. Press ÔAÕ again to stop timing. 4. Press ÔBÕ to reset to zero.

LAP TIME

5. To calculate a competitorÕs lap time, press ÔAÕ to begin timing.

6. Press ÔBÕ to freeze competitorÕs lap time. Internal stopwatch is still counting.

7. Press ÔAÕ to freeze competitorÕs final time.

8. Press ÔBÕ. CompetitorÕs elapsed time will be revealed. 9. Press ÔBÕ again to reset to zero.

10. Press ÔCÕ twice to return to Time Telling Mode.

WATER RESISTANCE

This is a WATER RESISTANT watch. Do not operate the push buttons below the surface of the water. Should water or condensation appear in the watch, immediately have the watch checked. Water can corrode electronic parts inside the case.

CHANGING THE BATTERY

Change the battery when the watch becomes slow, the readout darkens or does not appear, or the backlight fails. Before removing the old battery, be sure to denote its polarity so that the new battery is installed in exactly the same way. Replace with same or equivalent only. This watch contains precise electronic components and should only be opened by a qualified watch technician. However, it is not necessary to return your watch to the manufacturer for battery replacement. It is recommended that you bring your timepiece to a local jeweler.
