Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
Check you have all the com­ponents and tools listed on the following pages.
Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.
Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.
Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
Care and maintenance
Only clean using a damp cloth
and mild detergent, do not use
bleach or abrasive cleaners.
During assembly do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.
Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.
Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor.
Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.
From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit.
To redure the likelihood of damaging your product please ensure that your
power drill is set on a low torque setting.
This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre.
Handy Hints
Assemble all parts and bolts loosely during assembly, only once the product is complete should you fully tighten the bolts.
Regularly check and ensure that all bolts and fittings are tightened properly.

The screws length is measured from the head to the point (15 mm screw shown).

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Drawer handles are pre-assembled reversely. Disassemble the handle and re-attach as shown in the figure.

Fixing strap to wall.
It is recommended that the unit is fixed to a wall.
Mark fixing hole on wall.

Note: The correct type of wall screws must be used for your wall. Please seek professional

advice if in doubt.
Fasten wall strap to the wall using a suitable wall screw/plug system.
Warning:

Before drilling, check wall for hidden pipes and cables.

Fixing unit to wall.
With the help of another person move the unit in­to position.

Place the wall strap on the top of the unit.
Fasten the wall strap to the unit with screw and washer .
Assembly is complete.

A Guide to - W all Mounting & Fixings
Important note:
If plastic wall plugs ar e supplied with your pr oduct:
- these ar e only suitable for use in masonry walls.
If you ar e in any doubt about the corr ect wall plugs for your wall, seek pr ofessional advice.
Failur e of the product due to using incorr ect fxings is the r esponsibility of the installer .
Important: When drilling into walls always
check that ther e are no hidden wires or pipes etc.
Make sur e that the screws and wall plugs being used ar e suitable for supporting your unit. Consult a qualifed tradesperson if you ar e unsure.
Hints:
1: General rule: Always use a lar ger screw and wall plug
if you ar e not sure.
2: Ensur e you use the recommended drill bit to match the wall
plug and hole size.
3: Ensur e you drill the hole horizontally , do not force the drill or
enlar ge the hole.
4: T ake extra care when drilling high walls, ceilings and ceramic
tiles. Ensur e wall plugs are inserted beyond the thickness of the ceramic tiles to avoid the tiles splitting or cracking.
5: Ensur e wall plugs are well ftted and are a tight ft in the
drilled hole.
T ypes of walls
No.1General Purposewall plug
Generally aerated blocks should not be used to support heavy loads, use a specialist ftting in this case. For light loads, general purpose wall plugs can be used.
No.2 “Plasterboar dwall plug
Y ou can use one of the following types of wall plug if your walls are made of brick, br eeze block, concrete, stone or wood.
No.3Cavity Fixingwall plug
For use with plasterboar d partitions or hollow wooden doors.
No.4Cavity Fixing-Heavy Duty
wall plug
No.5Hammer Fixingwall plug
For use with walls stuck with plasterboar d. The hammer fxing allows it to be fxed to the wall rather than the plasterboar d. Always check the fxing is secur e to the retaining wall.
No.6Shield Anchorwall plug
Heavy loads
For use when attaching light loads on to plasterboar d partitions.
Car e & Maintenance
For use when ftting or supporting heavy loads such as shelving, wall cabinets and coat racks.
Safety: Always check the ftting and location to ensur e your safety in and ar ound the home.
For use with heavier loads such as TV & HiFi speakers and satelite dishes etc.
Fitting: Fr om time to time check the ftting to ensur e the wall plugs or scr ews do not become loose.
