2.1 控制面板
外部控制
电源:
按电源键开/关显示器的电源.
菜单/选择
按下时显示 OSD 或确认所作的选择。
亮度情景模式及动态对比度热键/-:
在画面没有 OSD 时,连续按此热键可选择不同的亮度情景应用模式及打开动态对比度功能。
4:3 及宽屏画面切换热键/+
在画面没有OSD 时, 连续>键可进行4:3 或宽屏显示模式切换(如果产品屏幕尺寸是4:3 或者输入信号的分辨率是宽
屏模式, 此键无作用).
自动调整快捷键
当没有OSD 菜单时,持续按自动调整快捷键2秒启动自动调整功能。当没有OSD 菜单时, 按信号源快捷键激活信号源
功能(仅针对两种输入信号及以上机型) 。

基本按键操作说明

工厂模式调整
进入工厂模式方法:
关机状态下,长按左右两个方向键后做开机动作,待按键指示灯亮后松手,从OSD菜单后左上角“F”进入工厂。
a. 基本调整:
设置对比度 为 50。
设置亮度
为 90 。
b. 增益调整:
调整9300K 色温
1、选中 “AUTO LEVEL”先进行底光栅自动调整
2、按 “MENU”选择 9300K进行 R G B增益调整
x = 283 ±30, y = 297 ±30, Y = 250cd/m
调整 7300K色温
1、选中 “AUTO LEVEL”先进行底光栅自动调整
2、按 “MENU”选择 7300K进行 R G B增益调整
x = 302±30, y = 318 ±30, Y = 250cd/m
调整 6500K色温

6.2 EDID 烧录
(一)准备工作
需求工具 LIST:
1) 料号为 715GT034-B 的制具
2) 数据 WA.DAT&WD.DAT&*. CONFIG.INI 文件.
3) 打印口驱动 (工厂提供)
4) 线材 : 公对公打印线 ,公对公 D-SUB 信号线 DVI 线材各一根 .
5) 12V( Adapter)电源一个 (维修站自己准备 )
6) TPVDDC6.0 版本烧录程序 .
7) PC 一台,推荐使用 XP 系统管理员权限。
需要用的到线材与制具图片汇总如下 :
VGA&DVI 一起读取与烧录连接如下图:

另外请特别注意:烧录软件与 EDID 数据必须放在同一个文件夹中运行,且 EDID DATA 保存的文件夹必须有两层文件
夹,第一层文件夹文件名必须命名为 DDC,否则 TOOL 将无法识别,参考下图。
用公对公的 DVI 线连接

此程序再 XP 系统上运行,烧录前请先安装打印口驱动“PORT95NT.EXE”, 然后重新启动计算机 .
(二)烧录
(1)双击此图标 安装打印口驱动.
(2)双击
软件,运行后在 ANALOG+DVI 前面打黑点. 因为此机种为 VGA+DVI 口。依下图填写信息。
(3 )选择 DDC 数据

( 6)如果出现以下画面,请检查打印线以及 TOOL 的电源线是否连接 OK,以及显示器是否有开机?
VGA 与 DVI 线没有连接,将出现以下错误提示:

如果 EDID 没有烧录 OK,将出现:VGA 无法上最佳分辨率,HDMI 静态无画,动态无声.
如果还是无法烧录,点击 READ 可以读,但是不可写, 请参考下图做相关动作:
1. VGA 无法烧录,请将接显示器那端第九 Pin 剪掉,
2. 如果是 DVI 无法烧录,请将 DVI 线接显示器那端的第 14 PING (最短的那个 PIN)即供电脚剪掉!
3. 如果是 HDMI 无法烧录,请将 DVI-HDMI 线接制具那端的第 14 PING 供电脚剪掉!
