OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USE OF THE TORCH
Th e RC 1 is a rech arge able t orch with k ryp ton b ulb (K R 2.2V/ 0.5A /P13. 5).
It is p owered by a 2.4V NiMH batter y pa ck wi th 1,20 0mAh and can be
recharged direct at any 230V mains socket. The magnet allows the torch to
be stu ck to any ma gnetic sur face.
CHARGING
Charge the torch before using it for the first time. To charge, remove the complete bott om part of the lamp (consi sting of batte ry pack, char ging electro nics and
power plug) fro m the sl ot. Conne ct it to a 230V m ains soc ket. The integrated
rechargeable battery pack is then being charged with a charging current of appro x. 120mA . The cha rging t ime up to the maxi mum cha rge is ar ound 10 ho urs.
The bat tery pack can be lef t atta ched to the mains unti l the torc h is needed . The
lamp is ch arged conti nuously to av oid losing ca pacity.

The op erating t ime of the RC 1 torch is a round 120 minu tes.
OPERATION
If you want to u se the to rch, disco nnect the batter y pack fr om the ma ins.
By pushing the slide switch towa rds th e hea d of the lamp, the torch is
switched on. The integrated magnet at the lower part of the torch allows
the la mps to be st uck to met allic surf aces when i n operatio n.
Atte ntion: The bulb is sensi tive to shocks. If th e la mp d rops, the thin
lighti ng filamen t in the bul b may break . Please r echarge th e lamp earl y
enough when in us e. Never le ave the la mp switch ed on with empty ba tteries a s this may c ause damage s to the ba ttery pa ck.
REPL ACING THE BULB
Turn th e head of t he torch an ticlockw ise and rem ove the ref lector a nd the
bulb. T he bulb ca n now easil y be repla ced. A spa re bulb is a ttached to the
inside of the lamp head.
ACCESSORIES
Inclu des: blue car rying st rap, 230 V power su pply. Charg ing electr onics and 1,200
mAh/2.4 V battery pack are integrated in the torch. A mains adaptor plug for UK
is avail able as specia l accessor y.
WARNING
Protec t agains t high humi dity and water. Do not expos e to ext reme
temperatures. Do not clean and maintain the torch during the charging
proce ss. To c lean the lamp o nly use a damp cloth. In case of a d efect do
not dis mantle th e torch or ch arger, but r eturn it to an authori sed dealer.

VERWENDUNG
Die RC 1 ist eine wiederaufladbare Akku-Taschenlampe mit Krypton Leuchtmittel (KR 2,2V/0,5A/P13,5). Sie wird mit einem umweltfreundlichen
2,4V N iMH-Ak ku mit 1200mAh betrieb en und kann direkt an jede r 230V
Steckdose geladen werden. Befestigung mittels Magnetfläche möglich.
AUFLADUNG DER AKKU-TASCHENLAMPE
Laden Sie die Akku-Taschenlampe vor dem ersten Gebrauch auf. Zum Laden
der RC 1 ziehen Sie den kompletten hinteren Teil der Lampe (bestehend
aus Akku, Ladeelektronik und Netzstecker) aus dem Schacht heraus.
Dieser Teil wird nun einfach wie ein gewöhnliches Haushaltsgerät in eine
230V Steckdose eingesteckt. Der integrierte Akku wird dann automatisch
geladen. Der Ladestrom entspricht ca. 120mA. Die Ladedauer bis zur Maximalladung beträgt ca. 14h. Der Akku -Pack kann danach in der Steckdose

LEUCHTDAUER
Die Le uchtdauer der RC 1 betr ägt ca. 120 min .
ANWENDUNG
Bei Bedarf nehmen Sie die Akku-Taschenlampe aus der Steckdose. Durch
Betätigen des Schiebeschalters wird die Lampe eingeschaltet. Durch den
im Gri ff angebra chten Magn et kann die R C 1 an metall ischen Obe rflächen
befestigt werden.
Bitt e beac hten: D ie Glü hbirne ist s toßempfi ndlich. Sollte die Lampe auf
den Boden fallen, besteht die Gefahr, dass der dünne Glühfa den der
Glühbirne bricht. Bitte die Lampe bei Gebrauch rechtzeitig nachladen und
niemals die leere Lampe im eingeschalteten Zustand liegen lassen; dies
würde den Akkupack schädigen.
AUSWECHSELN DER GLÜHBIRNE
Durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn lässt sich der Kopf der Lampe
öffnen. Der Reflektor lässt sich nun zusammen mit dem Kopf aus dem
Scheinwerfergehäuse herausnehmen und die Glühlampe kann gewechselt
werden. Eine Ersatzbirne befindet sich direkt unter dem Reflektor im
Lampenkopf.

Akkupack sind in der Lampe integriert. Ein Primäradapter f ür England ist
ebenfalls lieferbar.
HINWEIS
Das Gerät bitte nicht Nässe und extremen Temperaturen aussetzen.
Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nicht während des Ladevorgangs
durchführen. Den Handscheinwerfer nur mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.
Bei Defekt nicht öffnen, sondern wenden Sie sich bitte an autorisierte
Fachhändler.
UMWELTHINWEIS
Akkus gehören nicht in den Hausmüll. Geben Sie verbrauchte Akkus bei
Ihrem H ändler bz w. der Batt eriesamme lstelle ab .

UTILISATION
La RC 1 est une torche rechargeable avec ampoule krypton (KR
2,2V/0,5A /P13,5). Elle fonctio nne ave c un ac cu NiMH 2,4V 1200mA h et
peut être rechargée directement sur une prise 230V. Un aimant permet de
fixer la torche à des surfa ces magnéti ques.
RECHA RGE DE LA T ORCHE
Rechargez la torche avant utilisation. Pour recharger, retirez la partie
arrière du boît ier (se composant d’accus, électronique de charge et fiche
sect eur). Al ors branchez cette pièc e sur une prise sect eur 23 0V co mme
tout autre app areil ménager. L’accu intégré dans cett e pa rtie est alors
rechargé automat iquement. L e courant de charge est d’environ 120mA.
Le temps de charge pour charger au maximum est d’environ 10 heures. Le
pack d’accus peut rester connecté dans la prise sec teur. Si vous n’utili sez
pas la torche, elle est alimentée en permanence pour éviter la perte de
capaci té et l’auto -décharg e.

UTILISATION
En cas d e bes oin, enlev ez la torche de la p rise sect eur. Po ussez

à des su rfaces métalli ques par l’aim ant qu i se trouv e en dessou s de la
torche.
Atte ntion: L’ampoul e est sen sible aux c hocs. Si la lampe t ombe sur l e sol,
le f ilament incandescent fin peut casser. Rechargez la lampe à l’heure
lorsq u’ ell e est en usage. Ne ja mais l aissez la l ampe a llumée avec des
accus v ides ce qui endommage rait le pac k d’accus.
REMPL ACEMEN T DE L’AMPOUL E
Dévissez la tête de la torche en la tournant dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre. Enlevez le réflecteur et remplacez l’ampoule.
L’ampoule de rechange est située sous le réflecteur dans l’intérieur de
la têt e de la torch e.
ACCESSOIRES
Une dragonne bleue, l’alimentation 230V, l’électronique de charge ainsi
qu’un pack d’accus 1200mA/2,4V sont intégrés dans la lampe. Un adaptateur s ecteur pou r Angleter re est aus si disponi ble en supp lément.
AVERTISSEMENT
Protég ez la lampe c ontre l ’humidité et l’eau. Ne pa s expos er à des tem pératures élevées. Ne pas la nettoyer pendant le processus de charge.
Pour nett oyer, utilisez uniquement un chiffon humide. En cas de défaut
ne ja mais ouv rir mais retourne r chez v otre dis tributeu r ou s’adre sser au x
centres autorisés.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Les accus usagés ne doivent pas être jetés aux ordures ménagères. Retourn ez-les aux revendeur s ou aux cen tres de col lecte de b atteries/ac cus.

ЗАРЯД ФОНАРЯ
Перед первым использованием фонарь необходимо зарядить. Для того
чтобы зарядить аккумуляторную батарею, разъедините фонарь на две
части. Часть фонаря со встр оенной аккумуляторной батареей и штекером,
вс тав ьте в р озе тку 230 В . Ак куму лят орн ая б ата рея з аря жае тся т око м 120
мА. Время з аряда д о максим альной емкости соста вляет о коло 10 ча сов.
Фонарь может оставаться включенным в сеть пока он не понадобится.
Заряжайте ф онарь после каждого использования для поддержания

ПОРЯДОК РАБОТЫ

включается движением переключателя по направлению к головке
фонаря. Вс троенный магнит на корпусе фонаря позволяет прикреплять
его к м еталли ческим п оверхн остям в о время работы.
ЗАМЕНА ЛАМПЫ
Поверните головку фонаря против часовой стрелки и снимите отражатель.
Теперь можно заменить лампочку. Запасная лампочка находится внутри
на кор пусе фон аря.
АКСЕССУАРЫ
Фонарь комплектуется синим ручным ремешком. Аккумуляторная батарея,
зарядное устройство и сетевая вилка встроены в фонарь. Дополнительный
аксессуар, такой как UK адаптер, в комплект не входит.
ВНИМАНИЕ
Берегите фонарь от повышенной влажности и воды. Не подвергайте
воздействию высоких температур. Не разбирайте фонарь, при
необходимости ремонта обращайтесь в специализированную
ма сте рс ку ю. Не чис ти те ф она рь в о вр емя зар яд а. Дл я оч ис тки отр аж ате ля
от заг рязнени й исполь зуйте только с ухую салфетк у.
ОХРАНА ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЫ
Аккумуляторы не долж ны выбрасываться как хозяйственный мусор, их
необходимо сдавать в специализированные пунк ты утилизации.

CARICA
Carica della torc ia per la pr ima volta.
Per caricare la torcia, rimuovere la parte inferiore della torcia (che consiste
nel pacco batteria, l’elettronica di carica e cavo d’alimentazione) dal suo
alloggiamento.
Connetterla a una presa d’alimentazione da 230V. Il pacco batteria ricaricabile integrat o viene car icato con una corre nte di circ a 120 mA. I l tempo
di ca rica m assim o è di ci rca 10 or e. Il p acco ba tter ia può riman ere at tacca to all’alimentazione sino al momento dell’utilizzo della torcia. In questo

Se volete utilizzare la torcia, sconnettere il pacco batteria dalla presa
di corrente. Spostando la levetta nella drezione della testa della torcia,

Il magnete nella parte bassa della torcia permet te alla lampada di essere
atta ccata a sup erfici me talliche ne i momenti d i funzion amento.
