American Energy Systems RP2062 DC User Manual

• Unplug unit

• Open both side panels.

• Remove existing wire harness.

• Attach the following:

o Control Board molex connector (6 prong and 8 prong)
o Exhaust Fan blue wire to red lead purple wire to blue lead

o High Limit Snap Disk two orange wires to both leads
o Vacuum Pressure Switch two grey wires to both leads

o Proof of Fire Snap Disk two brown wires to both leads
o Auger Motor yellow wire to top terminal w/ red dot (+) yellow/black wire to

bottom terminal (-)

o Room Air Fan pink wire to red lead one purple double to black lead
o Electrical Plug molex connector to power supply (5 prong)
o Igniter red/white wire to one lead white wire to one lead

for Models Baby DC, Win DC, Essex DC & T40 DC

(depending on style fan white to blue wire black to purple wire)

Attach one grey wire to ‘Com

1’ and one grey wire to ‘NO 3’.

Attached hose to back

connection ‘L’.

Attach one grey wire to ‘Com 1’

and one grey wire to ‘NO 3’.

Attached hose to bottom connection

‘P2’.
