MF3542 Exhaust Blower
All Magnum pellet units
• Turn off power on control panel and unplug from the power supply.
• Disconnect the exhaust blower leads from the wire harness make sure when pulling off
wires that you use pliers by the end of the terminals, so you don’t pull out the wire from
the ends.
• Remove existing exhaust blower.
• Remove existing exhaust tube from the
exhaust blower being replaced.(save the
#8-tek screws for later use)
• Clean the rectangle outlet of the exhaust
tube of any old high temp silicone.
• Place a 1/8” bead of high temp silicone on the rectangle outside edge of the exhaust tube.
• Slip rectangle end of the exhaust tube over the rectangle outlet of the new exhaust
blower. Push tight until the exhaust tube hits the flange of the exhaust blower housing.
Making sure the tube alignment to blower is straight.

• Neatly, compress caulking using finger around all four sides of the exhaust tube. Make
sure equal amounts of caulk are on the exhaust tube and the exhaust housing providing a
leak free seal.
• Fasten the exhaust tube to the
blower housing using the #8 tek
screws listed above.
• From the back of the unit, look
into the exhaust tube. If any high
temp silicone is visible clean out
with a hacksaw blade.
