MF3540 Fuel Stirrer Motor
All Magnum Countryside units and 7500 (from 2006 to present)
• Turn off power on control panel and
unplug from the power supply.
• Disconnect the fuel stirrer motor leads
from the wire harness.
• Remove MF3517 fuel stirrer sprocket and
inspect, replace if necessary. Makes sure
and loosen both set screws on sprocket)
• Remove existing fuel stirrer motor
as shown.
(Save the mounting hardware if
possible P003099 10-32 x 1 serrated
HWH screw)
• Inspect the gasket (MF3578) replace if
necessary.

• Position fuel stirrer motor and tighten loosely. Keep screws loose until chain is in place
using hardware listed above.
• Place MF3517 fuel stirrer sprocket
on the fuel stirrer motor shaft.
Ensure set-screw is lined up on the
flat part of the motor shaft.
• Tighten sprocket on shaft.
• Place fuel stirrer chain on the
fuel stirrer motor sprocket and
tighten (4) bolts on the motor.
Tighten bolts as shown
allowing 1/8” compression on
the gasket (MF3578)
• Check chain tension by
pinching center of the chain
together with normal finger
pressure. Ensure this is a
3/16”-7/32” space between
both halves of the chain.
• Tighten 4 bolts
• Plug back into power supply.
