MF3514 Fuel Stirrer Drive Shaft

All Magnum Countryside units and 7500 (from 2001 to present)

• Remove from packaging.

• Turn off power on control panel and

unplug from the power supply.

• Open right side panel.

• Remove firepot assemble.

• Remove the drive sprocket.

• Slide the drive shaft out.

• Replace fuel stirrer drive shaft with new

shaft that has been lightly brushed with
Hi-temp grease then slide the collar onto
the shaft.

• Slide the shaft and collar into the hole.

• Slide on the auger motor by aligning the flat shaft on the auger to the Allen screw on

shaft collar and then tighten the set screw on the collar.

• The fuel stirrer /stirrer drive shaft should have about 1/8” lateral movement when fully
assembled. The stop tab can be adjusted to provide
1/16” movement if necessary. This is done by
bending the tab in or out 1/32” maximum to assist
with fit and function. IF this does not work,
remove and re-install FIREPOT/FUEL STIRRER.

• Tighten the set screw on sprocket.

• Close side panel.

• Restart unit.
