Room Fan Blower Assembly Complete

For 6500 & 7500 furnance

• CF31 Blower Housing w/ mounting feet

• CF32 Blower Capacitor

• CF33 Blower motor

Wire connections:

• Red wire for low output (not used)

• Yellow wire high output

• Black common

CF31 blower housing w/ hardware

• Remove all parts from boxes.

• Mount the mounting bracket to the blower motor see instruction. Make sure that all 3 legs of bracket are

equal and the there is amount 2 holes shown.

• Add a male connector to the black and
yellow lead from the blower motor.
Connect the capacitor to the blow leads in
position shown.

• Using a tie wrap neatly wrap the red lead and the
capacitor leads together. Fasten the capacitor to the
blower housing using tie wrap.

• Mount the blower assembly to the blower
housing using the #14 bolts supplied. The
housing must be straight or motor with be off
set.

• Ground the green lead to housing.

• Evenly space the fan housing inside the blower housing.

• Tighten the set screw making sure it is on the flat side of the blower motor shaft.

• Box if necessary.
