OLS350, OLS350220
Offline Switching Power Supply/Charger
Overview:
This power supply/charger converts 115VAC / 60Hz or 220VAC / 50Hz input, into a 24VDC @ 12 amp of continuous
supply current (see specifications).
Specifications:
• 24VDC output.
• Input: OLS350 - 115V
OLS350220 - 220V
• Maximum charge current 0.7 amp.
• 12 amp continuous supply current at 24VDC.
• Filtered and electronically regulated outputs.
• Built-in charger for sealed lead acid or gel type batteries.
• Automatic switch over to stand-by battery when
AC fails (zero voltage drop).
AC / 60Hz 5.0 amp or
AC / 50Hz 3.0 amp.
Installation Instructions:
Unit should be installed in accordance with The National Electrical Code and all applicable Local Regulations.
1. Mount the unit in desired location/enclosure.
2. Connect AC power to terminals marked [L & N], connect ground to terminal marked [G].
Use 18 AWG or larger for all power connections (Battery, DC output, AC input).
Use 22 AWG to 18 AWG for power limited circuits (AC Fail/Low Battery reporting).
3. Connect devices to be powered to terminals marked [--- DC +].
Note: It is important to measure output voltage before connecting devices. This helps avoid potential damage.
4. When the use of stand-by batteries are desired, they must be lead acid or gel type.
Connect batter
Note: When batteries are not used a loss of AC will result in the loss of output voltage.
5. Connect appropriate signaling notification devices to A
relay outputs marked [NC, C, NO].
y to terminals marked [--- BAT +] (battery leads included).
• AC input and DC output LED indicators.
• AC fail supervision (form "C" contacts).
• Low battery supervision (form "C" contacts).
• Short circuit overload protection.
• Includes battery leads.
Board Dimensions: 4.5”W x 7.5”L x 1.75”H
Specified at 25˚ C ambient.
