Tek induction burners with individual controls and a variablespeed downdraft system which retracts for a flat, clean
appearance when not in use.

A counter top hot well provides hot food holding for two
full-size pans or can be filled wi th ice for an att ractive cold
food dis play.

The heated, solid-top insert provides both beauty and
durability for holding an array of hot food items or to carve
for immediate plating.
