SHORT FORM SPECIFICATIONS:
Alto-Shaam Combitherm® Combi™ Thermobag is constructed with
an exterior material of Magnatuff Ultra Nylon with a textured surface
and urethane protective coating. Interior lining consists of pack cloth
and 420D LD nylon. Polyester insulation has a CLO value of 7.75
and R-value of 6.43, withstanding temperatures up to 440° F. Velcro
closures located at the sides and bottom increase heat retention.
Machine washable.
* For holding times in excess of thirty minutes, we recommend using
Alto-Shaam's Combimate® companion holding cabinet.
RECOMMENDED USE
•Pull cart from Combi oven. Caution Hot!
• Place cover over the cart.
• Close front and secure velcro strips.
•Cinch velcro strips around the cart bottom.
• Lift side panel to begin serving.
• Between uses, machine wash and dry, using liquid detergent (no bleach). Close velcro flaps before washing.
Do not dry clean or use dish washer.
• For complete buffet or plate retherm processes, contact an Alto-Shaam representative.
