or approved equal. Handset(s) shall be
mounted surfac e (or desktop with
optional SOB-UNI adapter). Handset(s)

microphone for except ional voice fidelity.
Handsets t hat include carbon transmitter
or other voice technologies shall not be
acceptable. Handset shall have a heavy­duty replaceable coil cord. Handset shall
include a door release pushbutton and
auxiliary pushbutton. Handset(s)
shall include a built- in elect ronic c all tone
signal. Handset(s) shall require only two
(2) common (loop) wires for
system operation.

Contractor shall observe all local and
national elect rical and building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar T- 5720 Series handsets are designed to work as an
apartment type handset intercom station, using a minimal of wiring. All T- 5720 handsets in
a building c an be wired typically on only two (2) common (loop) wires!

These attractive handset s easily surface mount right on the wall. Handsets c an be changed
to desk mount with t he addition of a model SOB-UNI desk adapter, or can be used with the
addition of a model MAC-500 plastic adapter t rim plate.

All T-5720 series handsets feature electronic t one signaling, heavy duty replaceable c oiled
cord and door release pushbutton switch.
