The Clean Room Master Station(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / Ring model CC201 or
approved equivalent. Mast er(s) shall feat ure a
protective antimicrobial membrane keypad, Talk
and Cancel buttons and multi-color LED.

Master(s) shall be flush or surface wall mounted
using the appropriate backbox /
housing. Master(s) shall be used with the
appropriate 3- gang flush electrical box (deep
style) model BBF910 or BBS910 (surface back
box).

Master(s) shall be designed to be used in
hospital type (or other 'clean' room')
environments, where easy cleaning and wipe­down sterilizat ion is required. Contractor
shall furnish and install the PSDC24-1.5 syst em
power supply (or equivalent).

Contractor shall observe all local and national
elect rical and building c odes.

The CC201 is a simple one to one c ommunication system designed to be used in a
sterile environment. The antibacterial membrane inhibit s t he growth of bac teria, mold
and mildew. It is resistant to c hemicals and household cleaners and the stat ion
is designed to be water tight when used with a proper 3 gang electrical back box

BBF910 (for flush mounting) or BBS910 surface back box.

The convenient 'simplex' operation allows t he operator t o push the TALK button
when they need t o talk and release to listen. When the conversation is over,
either party can canc el the call by pressing the CANCEL button. The LED turns red
when in the LISTEN mode and green in the TALK mode, so from a distance, one c an
see if the st ation is ON. T here is a separate speaker and microphone for c rystal clear
intelligibility. The stations are designed for an optional headset and foot switch.
