Architects' And Engineers' Specifications

The OH300 surface panel backbox/housing(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / TekTone model OH30x approved equal
(x=number of panel modules). It shall be made of heavy
gauge steel in a painted Black finish. Contract or shall provide the
required OF20X series annunciator/panel frame(s) (x=number of
panel modules). The OH30X series surfac e bac kbox/housing has a
round opening in the bac k of housing, t o allow for wire entry.

Contract or shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes, and contract or shall provide a model S1 special
screwdriver for future system maintenanc e.

OH300 Series Surface Backbox/Housing for OF200

Series Aluminum Panel Frames

The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone OH30X surfac e series
backbox / housings are made of heavy gauge galvanized steel,
painted in a Black finish. They are designed to be used with
the OF20X series aluminum panel and master annunciator frames.

These backboxes/housings are used with a variety of apartment
entry interc om and video intercom lobby panel modules, as well as
nurse-call, emergency- call and specialty master annunciator
modules.

The OH30X series surface bac kbox/housing is open at the bac k of
housing, to allow for wire entry, and wooden inserts are provided
for internal mounting of the OF20X series panel frame, into
the OH30X surface bac kbox.

NOTE: All models are 17.75"H (451mm) and 4.00"D
(102mm) on top of finished wall surface. All sizes larger than

OH302 are non-stocked, special-order items.
