The GB2's system uses simple 2-
conductor non- polarized wiring making it
ideal for new installations as well as for
retrofit applicat ions. All audio, video and
data funct ions are fully digital and using
the RAP-2150 (or equivalent) c able you
can run up to 300 meters from the
entrance panel to the furthest monitor.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar™ JAZZ/1RF and JAZZ/2RF 'JAZZ' series video door
entry st ations are used exclusively with the GB2 series systems.

The JAZZ/1RF and JAZZ/2RF each have a 170° 'fisheye' c olor camera, for a panoramic view,
with white LEDs for low light c onditions. The module is ADA compliant, with backlit symbols
to assist hearing-impaired individuals.

Each JAZZ/1RF and JAZZ/2RF c omes complete with a camera/speaker/microphone, surfac e
housing with built -in rainhood, as well as a built-in RFID prox. reader., for optional access
control.

The JAZZ/1RF comes with one (1) momentary St. Steel call pushbutt on and the

JAZZ/2RF comes with t wo (2) momentary St. Steel call pushbutt ons.

Up to four (4) total 'JAZZ' panels can be installed on a single GB2 system, using the DP-

GB2A multi-entrance adapter, and eac h pushbutton can call up to four (4) GB2 series

video-interc om monitor stations, without any additional power supplies.

Both models are finished in heavy duty Aluminum with a textured Graphite finish and are IP­54 rated.

The GB2 'JAZZ' series video door panel(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / Golmar

JAZZ/1RF or JAZZ/2RF, or approved equal.

The JAZZ/1RF and JAZZ/2RF panels shall include the 170° ultra wide angle 'fisheye'
panoramic color camera, speaker/microphone, white LEDs for low light c onditions, 12VDC
door release output and N/O relay for other door release voltages and t ypes.

The JAZZ/1RF and JAZZ/2RF panels shall be ADA c ompliant and shall have visual signals t o
assist hearing-impaired individuals. Both models shall come with a built-in RFID prox. reader
for optional access c ontrol (requiring additional c omponents).

Both models shall be Weather-Resistant (IP-54 rated) injected aluminium, finished in a
textured graphite finish, and shall include a surface mount housing and rainhood.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and building c odes.
