The GB2 series 4- way splitter(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / Golmar DP-GB2A, or
approved equal. The DP-GB2A shall be used for
up to four (4) lobby entry panels and/or for use
as a 4-way floor splitter for GB2 series monitors.

Contractor shall observe all local and national
elect rical and building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar DP-GB2A 4- Door Panel Switcher is used
exclusively with the GB2 series syst ems. T he DP-GB2A allows c onnection of up t o
four (4) door panels in a home-run wiring fashion.

The DP-GB2A c an also be used as a floor splitter for up to four (4) monitors, instead
of t he D2L-GB2 2- way splitter(s).

GB2 Wiring InformationGB2 Wiring Information

The GB2's system uses simple 2- conductor non-polarized wiring making it ideal for
new installations as well as for retrofit applications. All audio, video and dat a
funct ions are fully digital and using the RAP-2150 (or equivalent) cable you can run
up to 300 meters from the entrance panel to the furthest monitor.
