Architects' And Engineers' Specifications

The 6- Output Video Distributor Unit(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / Golmar model D6LPLUS/2H, or approved equal.
The D6L- PLUS/2H shall be built into a rugged high impac t ABS
plastic case and shall provide 6 isolated and amplified twisted pair
video outputs. Contrac tor shall furnish the proper number of D6L-

PLUS/2H units, depending upon system c apacity.

Low voltage wiring shall be used and positive screw terminal
connectors shall be provided for installation wiring. The D6L-

PLUS/2H shall be mountable right to the surface of the wall or in a

cust omer-supplied junction box c abinet.

Contract or shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes.

D6L-PLUS/2H 6-Output Video Distributor Unit

The Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar D6L-PLUS/2H 6-output Video
Distributor unit is used only with the Golmar interc om and/or video­intercom systems. The D6L- PLUS/2H provides 6 isolated and
amplifier twisted pair video outputs to feed up to 6 risers (lines),
and additional D6L- PLUS/2H units.

All D6L-PLUS/2H field connec tions are positive screw terminal type.
