The 4-LED Corridor Zone/Dome Lights
shall be Alpha Communicat ions®

CDL104LED, or approved equal. Lights

shall include a translucent plastic cover
mounted on a flame retardant ABS plastic
panel.

The CDL104LED shall feat ure a single
long-life, high-brightness, pure White LED
and a single long-life, high-brightness,
pure Red LED, eliminating the need for
costly bulb changing, and shall operate on
24VAC OR 24VDC power.

The CDL104LED shall be U.L. 1069 listed,
to the latest standards. Units shall mount
over a c onventional 1-gang or 2-gang
elect rical back box or plaster ring.

Contractor shall observe all local and
national elect rical and building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® CDL104LED Corridor Dome Light (with single White LED, single
Red LED, single green LED and single amber LED) provides visual indication of any type of
call when used with a nurse- call, emergency-call, or for stand-alone signaling applications.
Unlike most LED type c orridor lights, the CDL104LED can operate on 24VAC OR 24VDC, and
not just 24VDC.

The CDL104LED corridor zone/dome light c an be used as a 4- c olor Zone Light, or for spec ial
applications c an be used as a 4-c olor Dome Light. When used as a Zone Light,
the CDL104LED White LED indicates a Regular or Routine call priority, and t he Red LED
indic at es an Emergency priorit y. The CDL104LED can also be used with our systems other
emergency- c all and/or signaling system(s), even t hose from ot her manufacturers.

When used with our AlphaStatus™ series room st atus syst ems, the CDL104LED dome light
can be used t o indicate four different color room status notificat ions.

The CDL104LED mounts on a st andard 1 or 2-gang elec trical back box and feat ure a long-
life, high brightness pure White LED, eliminating the need for costly bulb replacements, and
for maximum call indication.
