- safety while driving: It is recommended to not use the device while driving.

- For an optimal compatibility with the device, make sure that the phone is upgraded and has the
latest soft version.

- Our company reserves its right to modify the content of the product without making it public.
These modications will be displayed on the company’s site, at the product section to which these
modications are made. The content of the web user guide may dier from the one that comes
with the product, but the rst one shall be considered upgraded and valid.

Precautions and warnings regarding health and safety

• Prolonged usage of the ALLVIEW Allwatch V watch may cause skin irritations.

• If you notice any type of allergic symptoms (i.e. redness, swelling, itching), take of the device.

• If the allergic symptoms persist or get worse, please consult a doctor as fast as possible.

• Set the band adequately on your wrist and do not tighten more than necessary, in order to avoid
blocking the blood ow.

• At certain time intervals, take o the device, in order to let the skin breathe.

• The ALLVIEW Allwatch V watch IS NOT a medical device, and as such we do not recommended its
usage as a treatment, diagnosis or for a prevention purpose.

• Do not leave near children or pets. The device contains small components that can be easily
swallowed.

• This product has an in-built battery. Do not expose to direct re – may cause explosions and other
dangers. Do not carelessly throw the product or put it in re.

• The product may produce heat because of long-term usage or exposure to direct sunlight. In this
case, immediately stop the usage.

• It is not recommended to use the product in environments with temperatures as lower than

-20˚C, or higher than 60 ˚C; otherwise, it may cause errors.

• If the product has been in contact with liquids, do not connect to the charger.

• We do not take responsibility for the situations in which the product is used in another way than
the one it was intended for.

• Accessories: Only the accessories approved by the manufacturer can be used.

•Approved services: In order to avoid any issues that may appear with services that are no longer
accepted by S.C. Visual Fan S.R.L. (because S.C. Visual Fan S.R.L. reserves its right to cease
collaboration with any formerly-accepted service, existent on the warranty certicate on the
launching date of the product lot), before taking a product to the service, please consult the
updated list of the existent accepted services from the Allview website at the “Support & Service –

• If you open up the device and try to repair to by yourself, you will lose the product’s warranty.

• All applications provided by third parties and installed in this device, may be modied and/or
stopped at any moment. Visual Fan Ltd will not be responsible in any way for modications of the
services or content of these applications. Any request or question regarding third party
applications may be addressed to owners of these applications.

User guide for Allwatch V

Charging: Place the magnetic charging cable on the back of the watch (g. 1), the connect it to a

charging adaptor or USB port of 5V/500mA (ex. laptop, USB adaptor, external battery). On the
device screen will appear a battery icon which will warn that the device is charging.
Starting/Stopping - to start/stop the watch you must press, for 7 seconds, the button from the
left.
Gesture control: Place the watch on your hand and x the strap comfortably on your wrist, so that
it is not too wide or tight. Make sure that the battery is fully charged before using it. The device is
activated through gesture control as follows:

- touchscreen

- raising of the hand

- wrist rotation

User guide of the menu

The Allwatch V device has a multitude of functions and movement sensors for a more precise
monitoring of your activity.

1. Menu navigation

• When the watch is in stand-by – tap the left button or press twice on the screen for activation

• Accessing the menu is made by gliding to the left/right

• Accessing the submenu is possible by tapping on the desired feature.

• Tap for conrmation

• Returning to the menu is made by tapping the button on the right

•S tand-by mode – after 10 sec of inactivity, the screen will automatically enter in stand-by
mode, or you can tap the button on the left.

Downloading the app

Search the “ALLWATCH V” app in Google Play™ or scan the QR code from the box to download
and install the app. Account settings: Open the “ALLWATCH V” app and login with your account.
If you do not have an account already, register with a new account.

Connecting (Pairing devices)

1. Login in the “ALLWATCH V” app account and follow the steps for pairing the watch with the
smartphone.

2. You will receive a pop-up notication in which the Bluetooth activation on your phone is
requested up, then select the device that you want to pair and conrm. A pairing request will
appear on the watch – accept by pressing the green tick.

3. When the pairing is successfully done, the message “Connected” will appear on the watch,
and on the phone “Pairing succeeded”.

4. To use the watch in phone mode (answering a call/rejecting a call/conversation) you must
long press the button on the right until you hear a sound signal and you see the icon:

Afterwards, access the Bluetooth Settings from your phone and connect to Allwatch V.
When the connection is successful, you will see on the watch the icon:

FAQ

Q: App failed to pair with Allwatch V

- Check if your phone network and Bluetooth settings are turned on.

- Make sure that the band is not connected to another account or smartphone device.

- Make sure your smartphone’s OS is using either Android 4.3 or higher

Q: App failed to synchronize data:

- Check if your phone network and Bluetooth settings are turned on. Both the phone network
and Bluetooth need to be on at the same time for data synchronization.

- Check if your band is near your phone.

- Make sure that your band is connected with your phone and the Allwatch V app.

Q: Not receiving notications:

- Make sure the notications settings are turned on.

- Your smartphone must be within Bluetooth range of your Allwatch V device.

Q: Reset/restart your device:

- To reset your device, go to the Allwatch V device’s APP screen. Select the Settings option, then
select reset. Note that resetting your device will make the device revert back to factory settings.

- To restart your device, go to the Allwatch V device’s APP screen. Select the Settings option,
then select restart. Note that restarting your device will still retain your current activity data.

Q: Battery not charging:

- Make sure the connected power source is working.

- Make sure the Micro-USB is rmly connected to the charging dock.

- Make sure the charging dock is connected in the correct orientation with the device.

ALLWATCH V from ALLVIEW, does not jeopardize the life, health and labor

protection, does not produce a negative impact over the environment and is in
accordance with:

- Directive no. 2011/65/UE, modied by 2014/8/UE regarding the usage
restrictions of certain dangerous substances in electric and electronic equipment

- Directive regarding the radio and telecommunication equipment RED
2014/53/CEE (HG 487/2016)

- Directive 2014/35/UE regarding the assurance of users of low voltage
equipment

- Directive regarding the electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/CEE, modied by
Directive 92/31/CEE and 93/68/CEE (HG982/2007); RoHS: EN50581:2012;

- The safety requests of the European Directive 2001/95/EC and the EN

Precauții și avertismente privind siguranța și sănătatea

• Utilizarea îndelungată a ceasului ALLVIEW Allwatch V poate cauza iritații ale pielii.

• În cazul în care observați orice simptome alergice (ex. roșeață, umături, mâncărimi), dați jos
dispozitivul.

• În cazul în care simptomele alergice persistă sau se agravează consultați urgent medicul.

• Potriviți cureaua adecvat încheieturii dvs. și nu strângeți mai tare decât este cazul, pentru a evita
oprirea circulației sangvine.

• La intervale de timp, dați jos dispozitivul pentru a lăsa pielea să respire.

• Ceasul ALLVIEW Allwatch V NU este un dispozitiv medical, prin urmare, nu este recomandată
folosirea lui pentru tratament, diagnostic sau scopuri de prevenire.

• Nu lăsați la îndemâna copiilor sau a animalelor de companie. Dispozitivul conține componente
de dimensiuni mici, ce pot  înghițite cu ușurintă.

• Acest produs este prevăzut cu baterie încorporată. Nu expuneți la foc direct, poate cauza explozii
și alte pericole. Nu aruncați produsul în foc sau la întâmplare.

• Produsul poate radia căldură din cauza utilizării pe termen lung sau expunerii la lumina directă a
soarelui. În acest caz, întrerupeți imediat utilizarea.

• Nu este recomandată utilizarea dispozitivului în medii cu temperaturi mai mici de -20˚C sau mai
mari de 60˚C ; în caz contrar, poate da erori.

• În cazul în care produsul a fost udat/stropit cu lichide nu conectați la încărcător.

• Nu ne asumăm responsabilitatea pentru situațiile în care produsul este folosit în alt mod decât cel
prevăzut în manual.

• Accesorii: Numai accesoriile aprobate de producător pot  folosite.

• Service-uri aprobate: Pentru a evita problemele care pot să apară cu service-uri care nu mai sunt
agreate de S.C. Visual Fan S.R.L. (deoarece S.C. Visual Fan S.R.L. își rezervă dreptul de a înceta
colaborarea cu orice service colaborator agreat, existent pe certicatul de garanție la data punerii
în vânzare pe piață a lotului de produse), înainte de a duce un produs în service, vă rugăm să
consultați lista actualizată a service-urilor agreate existentă pe site-ul Allview la secțiunea “Suport &
Service - Service autorizat”.

• Dacă desfaceți dispozitivul și încercați să-l reparați singuri veți pierde garanția produsului.

• Aplicațiile care însoțesc produsul și sunt furnizate de terțe părți, pot  oprite sau întrerupte în orice
moment. S.C. Visual Fan S.R.L. se dezice în mod explicit de orice responsabilitate sau răspundere
privind modicarea, oprirea ori suspendarea serviciilor/conținutului puse la dispoziție de către
terțe părți prin intermediul acestui dispozitiv. Întrebările sau alte solicitări legate de acest conținut
ori servicii se vor adresa direct furnizorilor proprietari ai acestora.

Ghid de utilizare a dispozitivului Allwatch V

Încărcare: Așezați cablul de încărcare magnetic pe spatele ceasului (conform g. 1), apoi conectați

la un adaptor de încărcare sau USB de 5V/500mA (ex. laptop, adaptor USB, baterie externă). Pe
ecranul dispozitivului va apărea pictograma unei baterii ce atenționează că dispozitivul este în curs
de încărcare.
Pornire / Oprire - pentru a porni / opri ceasul trebuie să mențineți apăsat timp de 7 secunde
butonul din stânga.
Controlul gesturilor: Așezați-vă ceasul pe mână și reglați cureaua confortabil pe încheietura
mâinii, asftel încât să nu e prea largă, dar nici să strângă încheietura mâinii. Asigurați-vă că bateria
este complet încărcată înainte de utilizare. Dispozitivul este acționat prin Controlul gesturilor astfel:

- ecran tactil

- ridicarea mâinii

- rotirea încheieturii

Ghid de utilizare a meniului

Dispozitivul Allwatch V dispune de o multitudine de funcții și senzori de mișcare pentru o
monitorizare cât mai precisă a activității dvs.

1. Navigare meniu

• Când ceasul este în stand-by - apăsați scurt pe butonul din stânga sau apăsați de două ori pe
ecran pentru activare

• Accesarea meniului se realizează prin glisare spre stânga/dreapta

• Accesarea submeniului este posibilă prin apăsarea scurtă a funcției dorite.

• Apăsați scurt pentru conrmare

• Revenirea la meniu se face prin apăsarea scurtă a butonului din dreapta

• Mod stand-by – dupa 10 sec de inactivitate, ecranul ceasului va intra automat în modul stand-by
sau puteți apăsa scurt butonul din stânga.

Descărcare aplicație

Căutați aplicația “ALLWATCH V” in Google Play™ sau scanați codul QR de pe cutie pentru
descărcarea și instalarea aplicației. Setare cont: Deschideți aplicația “ALLWATCH V” și logați-vă în
cont Dvs. În cazul în care nu aveți deja un cont, înregistrați-vă pentru un cont nou.

Conectare (Asociere dispozitive)

1. Logați-vă în contul aplicației “ALLWATCH V” și urmați pașii pentru conectarea ceasului cu
telefonul mobil.

2. Veți primi o noticare de tip pop-up prin care se solicită activarea Bluetooth pe telefon, apoi
selectați dispozitivul pe care doriți să îl conectați și conrmați. Pe ceas va apărea o cerere de
asociere - acceptați apăsând pe bifa verde.

3. În momentul conectării reușite, pe ceas va apărea mesajul “Conectat” iar pe telefon “Asociere
reușită”.

4. Pentru a utiliza ceasul în modul telefon (acceptare apel/respingere apel/convorbire), trebuie să
mențineți apăsat butonul din dreapta până se aude un semnal sonor și apare pictograma:

Apoi trebuie să accesați în telefon Setările Bluetooth și să vă conectați la Allwatch V.
Când conectarea a reușit, pe ceas va apărea pictograma:

Întrebări frecvente

Î: Aplicația nu s-a conectat cu Allwatch V

1. Vericați dacă setările de Bluetooth și cele de rețea sunt activate

2. Asigurați-vă că ceasul nu este conectat la alt cont sau dispozitiv.

3. Asigurați-vă că sistemul de operare al telefonului este Android 4.3 sau mai sus

Î: Aplicația nu a sincronizat datele:

1. Vericați dacă setările de Bluetooth și cele de rețea sunt activate. Pentru sincronizarea de date, și
Bluetooth-ul și rețeaua mobilă trebuie să e active.

2. Asigurați-vă că ceasul este lângă telefon.

3. Asigurați-vă că ceasul este conectat cu telefonul și cu aplicația Allwatch V.

Î: Nu se primesc noticări:

1. Asigurați-vă că setările de noticări sunt activate.

2. Telefonul dvs. trebuie să e în raza de acoperire Bluetooth a dispozitivului Allwatch V.

Î: Resetarea/Repornirea dispozitivul:

1. Pentru a reseta dispozitivul, mergeți la ecranul aplicației dispozitivului Allwatch V. Selectați
opțiunea Setări, apoi selectați resetare. ATENȚIE - Resetarea dispozitivului îl va face să revină la
setările din fabrică.

2. Pentru a reporni dispozitivul, mergeți la ecranul aplicației dispozitivului Allwatch V. Selectați
opțiunea Setări, apoi selectați repornire. Repornirea dispozitivului va reține datele activității
actuale.

Î : Bateria nu se încarcă:

1. Asigurați-vă că sursa de curent conectată funcționează.

2. Asigurați-vă că Micro-USB-ul este bine conectat la portul de încărcare.

3. Asigurați-vă că portul de încărcare este conectat corect cu dispozitivul.

-Directiva privind echipamente radio si de telecomunicatii RED 2014/53/CEE (HG
487/2016)

- Directiva 2014/35/UE privind asigurarea utilizatorilor de echipamente de joasa
tensiune

- Directiva cu privire la compatibilitatea electromagnetica 89/336/CEE,
modicate de Directiva 92/31/CEE si 93/68/CEE (HG982/2007); RoHS:
EN50581:2012; 2014/30/EU(HG 487/2016)

-Cerintele de siguranta ale Directivei Europene 2001/95/EC si a standardelor EN
60065:2002/A12:2011 si EN 60950-1:2006/ A1:2010 /A11:2009/A12:2011,
referitor la nivelul de decibeli emis de aparatele comercializate.

Brasov str. Brazilor nr.61, CP 500313 ,Romania si va  pusa la dispozitie la cerere.
Procedura de evaluare a conformităţii produsului a fost îndeplinită cu
participarea următoarelor organisme: Telecation bv.
Produsul are aplicat marcajul CE.
