SPC 4: SETUP
Headline
Single SPC 4 Setup:
The SPC 4 works ONLY with AKG antennas
SRA2W or RA4000W
NOTE: AKG recommends to use one SPC 4 / one antenna per 4 channels SST 4 !

Cascaded SPC 4 Setup:
Single-stage cascaded SPC 4
Power only the SPC 4!
(Power for SST not needed)
NOTE: AKG recommends to use one SPC 4 / one antenna per 4 channels SST 4!
Contact your local AKG dealer before using a single-stage cascaded SPC 4!
Use the PSU4000 to power IVM and WMS Systems!

Cascaded SPC 4
NOTE: AKG recommends to use only single SPC 4 setups!
SPC 4: KEEP IN MIND!
Use only passive AKG antennas with SPC 4: SRA2W or RA4000W
Use short cable lengths between SPC 4 and antenna: Maximum is 10m for a RG58 cable
Set SST 4 RF output power according to slide: ‘SPC 4 Multichannel Conditions’
All connected SST 4 transmitters should operate in the same frequency band
LED Status
Green: System is working fineRed: The antenna combiner has overheated or no AKG antenna is connected. The
internal amplifier shuts down in both cases.
The SPC4 has two power supply jacks

One to power the SPC 4: labeled DC ONLY- 12V/1.4A - SPC4One to power all connected SST 4: labeled DC ONLY – 12V/2A – SST Power Supply
If you are NOT using the PSU 4000
Power the SPC 4 with the CU 4000 power supply (AC-CU4000, 1.4A)Power all connected SST 4 separately with the provided power supply (AC12, 500mA)
