Situation:
The 3 rope gaskets which should be installed around the front bezel were found to be
missing. The purpose of the gasket is to improve the contact between the front frame casting and the covers. The analyzer may fail to meet the radiated emissions requirement without these gaskets.

Solution/Action:
Install gaskets.
STEP 1. Remove top, side, and bottom covers.
STEP 2. Add rope gaskets around the front frame.
1. Press 1 rope gasket into the bottom of the front frame (MP402).
2. Press 1 rope gasket into the top of the front frame.
3. Cut 1 rope gasket in half.
4. Press 1/2 rope gasket into each side of the front frame.
STEP 3. Replace covers.
