Semi-rigid Cable Replacement instructions
To Be Performed By: Agilent-Qualified Personnel
Situation:
When certain assemblies are replaced during an instrument repair, damage can be caused
to the associated semi-rigid cables. The damage caused may result in instrument output
level inaccuracy.
Solution/Action:
For all instrument repairs which involve replacing a board which is loaded with roeder
connectors (part number 5021-2826), i.e. a board which has semi-rigid cables feeding signals to or from it, the associated semi-rigid cables should also be replaced.
The boards containing this type of connector are attenuator and output assemblies. The
current list of assembly numbers affected are:
