General Safety Considerations
The

The power cord is connected to internal capacitors that may remain live for
five seconds after disconnecting the plug from its power supply.

The HP 70900A/B local oscillator source contains a program in read-only memory (ROM),
referred

periodically to eliminate known defects (bugs) and intro duce new features.
