Sound pressure

Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.

RF exposure

This device meets international guidelines for exposure to raid waves. It is designed not to exceed the

limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines.

This device complies with IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. End

users must follow the specific operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.

Due to the used enclosure material, the product shall only be connected to a USB interface of USB 2.0

or higher.

Battery

CAUTION : RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF

USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Limitation of Use

This device should not be used for direct viewing of the sun or for protection against artificial light

sources, e.g. solaria. The lens from category 1 to category 4 are not suitable for driving in twilight or at

night: Moonstone Grey Polarized lens and Sapphire Blue lens. If the eyewear impairs your peripheral

vision, do not wear while driving.

WARRANTY

All OptiShokz glasses are warranted against breakage due to material and manufacturer’s defects for two

years from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase.OptiShokz’s warranty program does not

cover scratched lenses. Additional services are available for a nominal charge.

Replacements lenses can either be purchased through your local Authorized OptiShokz Dealer or at

optishokz.com

Additionally, any alterations of OptiShokz products (i.e. sunglasses fit with non-OptiShokz lenses) will void

warranty coverage.

The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing

the sale of consumer goods.
