SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes injuries and damages. Always keep the instructions with the appliance for future reference.

1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety

WARNING!

Risk of suffocation, injury or permanent disability.

• Do not let persons, children included, with reduced physical sensory, reduced mental functions or lack of experience and knowledge use the appliance. They must have supervision or instruction for the operation of the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety.

• Do not let children play with the appliance.

• Keep all packaging away from children.

• Keep all detergents away from children.

• Keep children and pets away from the appliance door when it is open.

1.2 Installation

• Remove all the packaging.

• Do not install or use a damaged appliance.

• Do not install or use the appliance where the temperature is less than 0 °C.

• Obey the installation instruction supplied with the appliance.

• Make sure that the appliance is installed below and adjacent to safe structures.

• Always use a correctly installed shockproof socket.

• Do not use multi-plug adapters and extension cables.

• Make sure not to cause damage to the mains plug and to the mains cable. Should the appliance power supply cable need to be replaced, this must be carried out by our Service Centre.

• Connect the mains plug to the mains socket only at the end of the installation. Make sure that there is access to the mains plug after the installation.

• Do not pull the mains cable to disconnect the appliance. Always pull the mains plug.

• Do not touch the mains cable or the mains plug with wet hands.

• This appliance complies with the E.E.C. Directives.

Water connection

• Make sure not to cause damage to the water hoses.

• Before you connect the appliance to new pipes or pipes not used for a long time, let the water flow until it is clean.

• The first time you use the appliance, make sure that there is no leakage.

• The water inlet hose has a safety valve and a sheath with an inner mains cable.

Electrical connection

• The appliance must be earthed.

• Make sure that the electrical information on the rating plate agrees with the power supply. If not, contact an electrician.

2.1 Beam-on-Floor

The Beam-on-Floor is a light that shows on the floor below the appliance door.

3. CONTROL PANEL

• When the programme starts to operate, the red light comes on and stays on for all the duration of the programme.

• When the programme is completed, the green light comes on.

• When the appliance has a malfunction, the red light flashes.

The Beam-on-Floor goes off when the appliance is deactivated.

With this programme you have the most efficient use of water and energy consumption for crockery and cutlery with normal soil. (This is the standard programme for test institutes).

The appliance senses the degree of soil and the quantity of items in the baskets. It automatically adjusts the temperature and quantity of the water, the energy consumption and the programme duration.

This programme has a high temperature rinsing phase for better hygiene results. During the rinsing phase, the temperature stays at 70 °C for at least 10 minutes.

With this programme you can wash a load with fresh soil. It gives good washing results in a short time.

Use this programme to quickly rinse the dishes. This prevents the remaining food to bond on the dishes and bad odours to come out from the appliance. Do not use detergent with this programme.

With this option you can set and save the programme that you use more frequently.

If you stop to use the combi detergent tablets, before you start to use separately detergent, rinse aid and dishwasher salt, do these steps:

Set the water softener to the highest level.

Make sure that the salt container and the rinse aid dispenser are full.

Start the shortest programme with a rinsing phase, without detergent and without dishes.

Adjust the water softener to the water hardness in your area.

Adjust the released quantity of rinse aid.

5.4 EnergySaver

This option decreases the temperature in the last rinse phase. The use of this option decreases the energy consumption (up to 25%) and the programme duration. The dishes can be wet at the end of the programme.

How to activate the EnergySaver option

Press EnergySaver. The related indicator comes on. In the display you can see the update of the programme duration.

• If the option is not applicable to the programme, the related indicator flashes quickly 3 times and then goes off.

5.5 Acoustic signals

The acoustic signals operate when the appliance has a malfunction or when the adjustment of the level of the water softener occurs. It is not possible to deactivate these acoustic signals. There is also an acoustic signal that operates when the programme is completed. By default, this acoustic signal is off, but it is possible to activate it.

How to activate the acoustic signal for the end of programme

1. Press the on/off button to activate the

appliance.

2. Do the Reset function.

3. Press and hold, at the same time, Program and MyFavourite until the

indicators of Delay, Program and MyFavourite start to flash.

Make sure that the set level of the water softener agrees with the water hardness in your area. If not, adjust the water softener. Contact your local water authority to know the water hardness in your area.

Open the water tap.

Processing residues can stay in the appliance. Start a programme to remove them. Do not use detergent and do not load the baskets.

You must adjust the water softener manually and electronically.

Turn the water hardness dial to the position 1 or 2.

Electronic adjustment

1. Press the on/off button to activate the appliance.

2. Do the Reset function.

3. Press and hold, at the same time, Program and MyFavourite until the

indicators of Delay, Program and MyFavourite start to flash.

Press Delay.

• The indicators of Program and My-

Favourite go off.

• The indicator of Delay continues to

6.2 Filling the salt container

• The acoustic signals operate. E.g. five intermittent acoustic signals = level 5.

• The display shows the setting of the water softener. E.g.

Press the on/off button to deactivate the appliance and to confirm the setting.

Turn the cap counterclockwise and open the salt container.

Put 1 litre of water in the salt container (only for the first time).

Fill the salt container with dishwasher salt.

Remove the salt around the opening of the salt container.

Turn the cap clockwise to close the salt container.

CAUTION!

Water and salt can come out from the salt container when you fill it. Risk of corrosion. To prevent it, after you fill the salt container, start a programme.

6.3 Filling the rinse aid dispenser

Press the release button (D) to open the lid (C).

Fill the rinse aid dispenser (A), no more than the mark 'max'.

Remove the spilled rinse aid with an absorbent cloth to prevent too much foam.

Close the lid. Make sure that the release button locks into position.

You can turn the selector of the released quantity (B) between position 1 (lowest quantity) and position 4 (highest quantity).

Open the water tap.

Press the on/off button to activate the appliance.

• If the salt indicator is on, fill the salt container.

• If the rinse aid indicator is on, fill the rinse aid dispenser.

7.1 Using the detergent

The Auto Off function

To decrease the energy consumption, this function automatically deactivates the appliance a few minutes after:

Load the baskets.

Add the detergent.

• If you use the combi detergent tablets, activate the Multitab option.

5. Set and start the correct programme for the type of load and the degree of soil.

Put the detergent in the compartment (A) .

If the programme has a prewash phase, put a small quantity of detergent on the inner part of the appliance door.

Close the lid. Make sure that the release button locks into position.

Press the on/off button or wait for the Auto Off function to automatically deactivate the appliance.

Important

• Let the dishes become cold before you remove them from the appliance. Hot dishes can be easily damaged.

• First remove the items from the lower basket, then from the upper basket.

• There can be water on the sides and on the door of the appliance. Stainless steel becomes cool more quickly than the dishes.

8. HINTS AND TIPS

8.1 The water softener

Hard water contains a high quantity of minerals that can cause damage to the appliance and bad washing results. The water softener neutralises these minerals.

The dishwasher salt keeps the water softener clean and in good conditions. It is important to set the right level of the water softener. This makes sure that the water softener uses the correct quantity of dishwasher salt and water.

8.2 Using salt, rinse aid and detergent

• Only use salt, rinse aid and detergent for dishwasher. Other products can cause damage to the appliance.

• The rinse aid helps, during the last rinsing phase, to dry the dishes without streaks and stains.

• Combi detergent tablets contain detergent, rinse aid and other added agents. Be sure that these tablets are applicable to the water hardness in your area. Refer to the instructions on the packaging of the products.

• Detergent tablets do not fully dissolve with short programmes. To prevent detergent residues on the tableware, we recommend that you use the tablets with long programmes.

Do not use more than the correct quantity of detergent. Refer to the instructions on the detergent packaging.

8.3 Loading the baskets

Refer to the supplied leaflet with examples of the load of the baskets.

• Only use the appliance to wash items that are dishwasher-safe.

• Do not put in the appliance items made of wood, horn, aluminium, pewter and copper.

• Do not put in the appliance items that can absorb water (sponges, household cloths).

• Remove remaining food from the items.

• To remove easily remaining burned food, soak pots and pans in water before you put them in the appliance.

• Put hollow items (cups, glasses and pans) with the opening down.

• Make sure that cutlery and dishes do not bond together. Mix spoons with other cutlery.

• Make sure that glasses do not touch other glasses.

• Put the small items in the cutlery basket.

• Put the light items in the upper basket. Make sure that they do not move.

• Make sure that the spray arms can move freely before you start a programme.

8.4 Before starting a

programme

Make sure that:

• The filters are clean and correctly installed.

• The spray arms are not clogged.

• The position of the items in the baskets is correct.

• The programme is applicable for the type of load and for the degree of soil.

• The correct quantity of detergent is used.

• There is dishwasher salt and rinse aid (unless you use combi detergent tablets).

• The cap of the salt container is tight.

9. CARE AND CLEANING

WARNING!

Before maintenance, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.

Dirty filters and clogged spray arms decrease the washing results. Make a check regularly and, if necessary, clean them.

9.1 Cleaning the filters

Turn the filter (A) counterclockwise and remove it.

9.2 Cleaning the spray arms

Do not remove the spray arms. If the holes in the spray arms are clogged, remove remaining parts of soil with a thin pointed object.

To disassemble the filter (A), pull apart (A1) and (A2).

Remove the filter (B).

Wash the filters with water.

Before you put the filter (B) back, make sure that there are no residues of food or soil in or around the edge of the sump.

Make sure that the filter (B) is correctly positioned under the 2 guides (C).

Assemble the filter (A) and put it back in filter (B). Turn it clockwise until it locks.

An incorrect position of the filters can cause bad washing results and damage to the appliance.

Only use neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products, abrasive cleaning pads or solvents.

9.3 External cleaning

Clean the appliance with a moist soft cloth.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance does not start or it stops during operation.

Before you contact the Service, refer to the information that follows for a solution to the problem.

• The released quantity of rinse aid is not sufficient. Adjust the rinse aid selector to a higher position.

• The quality of the detergent can be the cause.

Dishes are wet

• The programme is without a drying phase or with a low temperature drying phase.

• The rinse aid dispenser is empty.

• The quality of the rinse aid can be the cause.

• The quality of the combi detergent tablets can be the cause. Try a different brand or activate the rinse aid dispens-

er and use rinse aid together with the combi detergent tablets.

Refer to ‘HINTS AND TIPS’ for other possible causes.

10.2 How to activate the rinse aid dispenser

The activation of the rinse aid dispenser can occur only with the Multitab option activated.

Press the on/off button to activate the appliance.

• Verwenden Sie keine Mehrfachsteckdosen oder Verlängerungskabel.

• Achten Sie darauf, Netzstecker und Netzkabel nicht zu beschädigen. Falls das Netzkabel des Geräts ersetzt werden muss, lassen Sie dies durch unseren Kundendienst durchführen.

• Stecken Sie den Netzstecker erst nach Abschluss der Montage in die Steckdose. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Netzstecker nach der Montage noch zugänglich ist.

• Ziehen Sie nicht am Netzkabel, um das Gerät von der Spannungsversorgung zu trennen. Ziehen Sie dazu immer direkt am Netzstecker.

Wasseranschluss

• Achten Sie darauf, die Wasserschläuche nicht zu beschädigen.

• Bevor Sie neue oder lange Zeit nicht benutzte Schläuche an das Gerät anschließen, lassen Sie Wasser durch die Schläuche fließen, bis es sauber austritt.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass beim ersten Gebrauch des Geräts keine Undichtheiten vorhanden sind.

• Der Wasserzulaufschlauch verfügt über ein Sicherheitsventil und eine Ummantelung mit einem innenliegenden Netzkabel.

Dieses Programm gewährleistet den wirtschaftlichsten Wasser- und Energieverbrauch für normal verschmutztes Geschirr und Besteck. (Dies ist das Standardprogramm für Prüfinstitute.)

Das Gerät erkennt den Verschmutzungsgrad und die Anzahl der Geschirrteile in den Körben. Es stellt dann automatisch die Wassertemperatur und -menge, den Energieverbrauch und die Programmdauer ein.

Dieses Programm enthält eine Spülphase mit hoher Temperatur, um hygienischere Spülergebnisse zu liefern. Während der Spülphase wird die Temperatur für mindestens 10 Minuten auf 70 °C gehalten.

Mit diesem Programm können Sie vor kurzem benutztes Geschirr spülen. Sie erhalten gute Spülergebnisse in kurzer Zeit.

Verwenden Sie dieses Programm zum schnellen Abspülen des Geschirrs. Damit wird vermieden, dass sich Essensreste am Geschirr festsetzen und unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Gerät entweichen. Verwenden Sie für dieses Programm kein Reinigungsmittel.

Schalten Sie die Optionen vor dem Programmstart ein oder aus. Sie können die Optionen nicht einoder ausschalten, wenn ein Programm angelaufen ist.

Haben Sie eine oder mehrere Optionen eingeschaltet, prüfen Sie, ob die entsprechenden Kontrolllampen leuchten, bevor Sie das Programm starten.

5.1 MyFavourite

Mit dieser Option können Sie das Programm, das Sie am häufigsten benutzen, einstellen und speichern.

Sie können nur jeweils ein Programm speichern. Wenn Sie ein anderes Programm speichern, wird das zuvor gespeicherte Programm gelöscht.

So speichern Sie ein Programm:

Drücken Sie die Taste „Ein/Aus“, um das Gerät einzuschalten.

Stellen Sie das Programm ein, das Sie speichern möchten. Sie können auch mit dem Programm kombinierbare Optionen einstellen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es nicht möglich ist, die Option Delay zu speichern.

Halten Sie MyFavourite gedrückt, bis die entsprechende Kontrolllampe konstant leuchtet.

So stellen Sie das Programm MyFavourite ein:

Drücken Sie MyFavourite. Die dem Programm „MyFavourite“ zugeordneten Kontrolllampen und Optionen leuchten auf.

• Die Nummer und die Dauer des Programms werden im Display angezeigt.

5.2 TimeSaver

Wenn diese Option eingeschaltet ist, erhöht sich der Wasserdruck und die Wassertemperatur. Die Spül- und Trockenphasen verkürzen sich. Die Programmdauer verkürzt sich um etwa 50 %. Die Spülergebnisse entsprechen denen einer normalen Programmdauer. Die Trockenergebnisse können beeinträchtigt werden.

So schalten Sie die Option TimeSaver ein:

Drücken Sie TimeSaver. Die entsprechende Kontrolllampe leuchtet auf. Im Display können Sie die aktualisierte Programmdauer sehen.

• Ist die Option nicht mit dem Programm kombinierbar, blinkt die zugehörige Kontrolllampe 3 Mal kurz und erlischt.

5.3 Multitab

Schalten Sie diese Option nur ein, wenn Sie Kombi-Reinigungstabletten verwenden. Mit der Option „Multitab“ wird der Gebrauch von Klarspülmittel und Salz ausgeschaltet. Die entsprechenden Kontrolllampen bleiben ausgeschaltet. Die Programmdauer kann sich verlängern.

So schalten Sie die Option Multitab ein:

8. TIPPS UND HINWEISE

8.1 Der Wasserenthärter

Hartes Wasser enthält viele Mineralien, die das Gerät beschädigen können und zu schlechten Spülergebnissen führen. Der Wasserenthärter neutralisiert diese Mineralien. Das Geschirrspülsalz hält den Wasserenthärter sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Wasserenthärter muss unbedingt auf die richtige Stufe eingestellt werden. So stellen Sie sicher, dass der Wasserenthärter die richtige Menge Geschirrspülsalz und Wasser verwendet.

8.2 Verwendung von Salz, Klarspülmittel und Reinigungsmittel

• Verwenden Sie nur Salz, Klarspülmittel und Reinigungsmittel für Geschirrspüler.

Wichtig

• Lassen Sie das Geschirr abkühlen, bevor Sie es aus dem Gerät nehmen. Heißes Geschirr ist stoßempfindlich.

• Nehmen Sie das Geschirr zuerst aus dem Unterkorb und dann aus dem Oberkorb.

• An den Innenseiten und an der Tür des Gerätes kann sich Wasser niederschlagen. Edelstahl kühlt schneller ab als Geschirr.

Andere Produkte können das Gerät beschädigen.

• Das Klarspülmittel lässt das Geschirr während der letzten Spülphase ohne Streifen und Flecken trocknen.

• Kombi-Reinigungstabletten enthalten Reinigungsmittel, Klarspülmittel und andere Zusätze. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Tabletten der Wasserhärte in Ihrer Region entsprechen. Beachten Sie die Anweisungen auf der Reinigungsmittelverpackung.

• Geschirrspüler-Tabs lösen sich bei kurzen Programmen nicht vollständig auf. Wir empfehlen, die Tabletten nur mit langen Programmen zu verwenden, damit keine Reinigungsmittel-Rückstände auf dem Geschirr zurückbleiben.

Verwenden Sie nicht mehr als die angegebene Reinigungsmittel-

menge. Siehe hierzu die Angaben auf der Reinigungsmittelverpackung.

8.3 Beladen der Körbe

Beispiele für die Beladung der Körbe finden Sie in der mitgelieferten Broschüre.

• Spülen Sie im Gerät nur spülmaschinenfestes Geschirr.

• Spülen Sie im Gerät keine Geschirrteile aus Holz, Horn, Aluminium, Zinn oder Kupfer.

• Spülen Sie in diesem Gerät keine Gegenstände, die Wasser aufnehmen können (Schwämme, Geschirrtücher, usw.).

• Entfernen Sie Speisereste vom Geschirr.

• Um eingebrannte Essensreste leicht zu beseitigen, weichen Sie diese ein, bevor Sie das Kochgeschirr in das Gerät stellen.

• Ordnen Sie hohle Gefäße (z. B. Tassen, Gläser, Pfannen) mit der Öffnung nach unten ein.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Geschirr und Besteck nicht aneinander haften. Mischen Sie Löffel mit anderem Besteck.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass Gläser einander nicht berühren.

• Ordnen Sie kleine Gegenstände in den Besteckkorb ein.

• Ordnen Sie leichte Gegenstände im Oberkorb an. Achten Sie darauf, dass diese nicht verrutschen können.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die Sprüharme ungehindert bewegen können, bevor Sie ein Programm starten.

8.4 Vor dem Starten eines

Programms

Kontrollieren Sie folgende Punkte:

• Die Filter sind sauber und ordnungsgemäß eingesetzt.

• Die Sprüharme sind nicht verstopft.

• Die Geschirrteile sind richtig in den Körben angeordnet.

• Das Programm eignet sich für die Beladung und den Verschmutzungsgrad.

• Die Reinigungsmittelmenge stimmt.

• Geschirrspülsalz und Klarspülmittel sind vorhanden (außer Sie verwenden Kombi-Reinigungstabeletten).

• Der Deckel des Salzbehälters ist fest geschlossen.

9. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

WARNUNG!

Schalten Sie vor Reinigungsarbeiten immer das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.

9.1 Reinigen der Filter

Verschmutzte Filter und verstopfte Sprüharme beeinträchtigen das Spülergebnis. Prüfen Sie die Filter regelmäßig und reinigen Sie diese, falls nötig.

Drehen Sie den Filter (A) nach links und nehmen Sie ihn heraus.

Um den Filter (A) auseinanderzubauen, ziehen Sie (A1) und (A2) auseinander.

Nehmen Sie den Filter (B) heraus.

Reinigen Sie die Filter mit Wasser.

Setzen Sie den Filter (B) wieder in der ursprünglichen Position ein. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass er korrekt unter den beiden Führungen (C) sitzt.

Bauen Sie den Filter (A) zusammen und setzen Sie ihn in Filter (B) ein. Drehen Sie ihn nach rechts, bis er einrastet.

Eine falsche Anordnung der Filter führt zu schlechten Spülergebnissen und kann das Gerät beschädigen.

9.2 Reinigen der Sprüharme

Bauen Sie die Sprüharme nicht aus. Falls die Löcher in den Sprüharmen verstopft sind, reinigen Sie sie mit einem dünnen spitzen Gegenstand.

9.3 Reinigen der Außenseiten

Reinigen Sie das Geräts mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch.

10. FEHLERSUCHE

Das Gerät startet nicht oder bleibt während des Betriebs stehen. Prüfen Sie, ob Sie die Störung mit den folgenden Hinweisen selbst beheben können, bevor Sie den Kundendienst rufen.

Bei manchen Störungen zeigt das Display einen Alarmcode an:

10.1 Die Spül- und Trocknungsergebnisse sind nicht zufriedenstellend.

• Die zugegebene Klarspülmittelmenge ist zu hoch. Stellen Sie den Dosierwähler für Klarspülmittel niedriger ein.

• Die Reinigungsmittelmenge ist zu hoch.

Wasserflecken und andere Flecken auf Gläsern und Geschirr

• Die zugegebene Klarspülmittelmenge ist zu niedrig. Stellen Sie den Dosierwähler für Klarspülmittel höher ein.

• Die Ursache kann in der Qualität des Reinigungsmittels liegen.

Das Geschirr ist noch nass.

• Das Programm enthält keine Trocknungsphase oder eine Trocknungsphase mit niedriger Temperatur.

• Der Klarspülmittel-Dosierer ist leer.

• Die Ursache kann in der Qualität des Klarspülmittels liegen.

1.2 Instalación

Conexión de agua

• Asegúrese de no provocar daños en los tubos de agua.

Este programa tiene una fase de aclarado a alta temperatura para obtener resultados más higiénicos. Durante la fase de aclarado, la temperatura se mantiene a 70 °C durante al menos 10 minutos.

Con este programa puede lavar una carga con suciedad reciente. Ofrece buen resultado de lavado en poco tiempo.

Active o desactive las opciones antes de poner en marcha un programa. No es posible activar ni desactivar las opciones con el programa en marcha.

Si se ajustan una o varias opciones, asegúrese de que los indicadores correspondientes están encendidos antes de que empiece el programa.

5.1 MyFavourite

Con esta opción se puede ajustar y guardar el programa que use con mayor frecuencia.

Solo puede guardar 1 programa a la vez. Un nuevo ajuste cancela el anterior.

Cómo guardar un programa

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato.

Ajuste el programa que desee guardar. También puede ajustar las opciones aplicables junto con el programa. No se puede guardar la opción Delay.

Mantenga pulsada la tecla MyFavourite hasta que el indicador correspon-

diente se encienda de forma fija.

Cómo ajustar el programa MyFavourite

1. Pulse MyFavourite. Los indicadores

correspondientes al programa MyFavourite y a las opciones se encienden.

• La pantalla muestra el número y la duración del programa.

5.2 TimeSaver

Esta opción aumenta la presión y la temperatura del agua. Las fases de lavado y secado son más cortas. La duración total del programa disminuye aproximadamente un 50%. Los resultados del lavado son los mismos que con la duración normal del programa. Los resultados de secado pueden disminuir.

Cómo activar la opción TimeSaver

Pulse TimeSaver. Se enciende el indicador correspondiente. En la pantalla se puede ver la actualización de la duración del programa.

• Si la opción no es aplicable al programa, el indicador correspondiente parpadea rápidamente 3 veces y después se apaga.

5.3 Multitab

Seleccione esta opción únicamente si utiliza pastillas de detergente combinadas. Esta opción desactiva el uso de abrillantador y sal. Los indicadores correspondientes están apagados. La duración del programa puede aumentar.

Cómo activar la opción Multitab

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato.

2. Pulse Multitab: se enciende el indicador correspondiente.

Si deja de usar pastillas de detergente combinado, siga estos pasos antes de empezar a utilizar por separado detergente, abrillantador y sal para lavavajillas:

Ajuste el descalcificador de agua en el nivel más alto.

Asegúrese de llenar el depósito de sal y el dosificador de abrillantador.

Inicie el programa más corto con una fase de aclarado, sin detergente y sin platos.

Ajuste el descalcificador de agua en función de la dureza del agua de su zona.

Ajuste la cantidad de abrillantador.

5.4 EnergySaver

Esta opción reduce la temperatura en la última fase de aclarado. El uso de esta opción disminuye el consumo energético (hasta un 25%) y la duración del programa. Los platos pueden quedar mojados al final del programa.

5.5 Señales acústicas

Las señales acústicas funcionan cuando se produce un fallo de funcionamiento del aparato o cuando se ajusta el nivel del descalcificador de agua. No es posible desactivar estas señales acústicas. Al finalizar el programa también suena una señal acústica. Esta señal acústica está apagada por defecto, pero es posible activarla.

Cómo activar la señal acústica para el final del programa

Pulse EnergySaver. Se enciende el indicador correspondiente. En la pantalla se puede ver la actualización de la duración del programa.

• Si la opción no es aplicable al programa, el indicador correspondiente parpadea rápidamente 3 veces y después se apaga.

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato.

2. Ajuste la función Reset.

Abra el depósito de sal girando la tapa hacia la izquierda.

Vierta un litro de agua en el depósito de sal (sólo la primera vez).

Llene el depósito con sal para lavavajillas.

Elimine los restos de sal que puedan haber quedado en la entrada del depósito.

Cierre el depósito girando la tapa hacia la derecha.

PRECAUCIÓN

El agua y la sal pueden salirse del depósito de sal cuando lo llena. Riesgo de corrosión. Para evitarlo, después de llenar el depósito, inicie un programa.

Pulse el botón de apertura (D) para abrir la tapa (C).

Llene el dosificador de abrillantador (A) hasta la marca "max" como máxi-

mo.

Limpie las salpicaduras de abrillantador con un paño absorbente para evitar que se forme demasiada espuma.

Cierre la tapa. Asegúrese de que el

botón de apertura se encaja en su sitio.

Puede girar el selector de la cantidad (B) entre la posición 1 (menor cantidad) y la posición 4 (mayor cantidad).

7. USO DIARIO

1. Abra la llave de paso.

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato.

• Si el indicador de sal está encendido, llene el depósito.

• Si el indicador de abrillantador está encendido, llene el dosificador de abrillantador.

3. Cargue los cestos.

Añada el detergente.

• Si utiliza pastillas de detergente

combinado, active la opción Multitab.

La función Auto Off

Para reducir el consumo de energía, esta función desactiva automáticamente el aparato tras unos minutos cuando:

• No se ha cerrado la puerta para iniciar el programa.

• El programa se termina.

5. Ajuste e inicie el programa adecuado

para el tipo de carga y el grado de suciedad.

Pulse el botón de apertura (B) para abrir la tapa (C).

Coloque el detergente en el compartimento (A).

Si el programa tiene una fase de prelavado, inserte una pequeña cantidad de detergente en la parte interior de la puerta del aparato.

Si utiliza pastillas de detergente, coloque la pastilla en el compartimento (A).

Cierre la tapa. Asegúrese de que el botón de apertura se encaja en su sitio.

Ajuste un programa. Pulse Program repetidamente hasta que la pantalla muestre intermitentemente el número y la duración del programa de lavado que desea ajustar. Si lo desea, puede ajustar las opciones.

• Si desea ajustar el programa MyFavourite, pulse la tecla MyFavourite.

Cierre la puerta del aparato. Se inicia el programa. La duración del programa empieza a disminuir en intervalos de 1 minuto.

Función Reset

Para algunas operaciones es necesario que el aparato se encuentre en modo de usuario. Para ajustar el aparato en modo de usuario, ajuste la función Reset.

1. Mantenga pulsado al mismo tiempo Program y MyFavourite hasta que

se muestre el programa P1 en la pantalla.

2. Pulse repetidamente Delay hasta que la pantalla muestre el tiempo de retardo que desee ajustar (entre 1 y 24 horas).

• Se enciende el indicador Delay.

Cierre la puerta del aparato. La cuenta atrás se inicia.

Si abre la puerta, se detiene el aparato. Cuando cierre la puerta, el aparato continuará a partir del punto de interrupción.

Si cancela el inicio diferido, debe volver a ajustar el programa y las opciones.

8. CONSEJOS

8.1 descalcificador de agua

El agua dura contiene gran cantidad de minerales que pueden dañar el aparato y provocar resultados de lavado no satisfactorios. El descalcificador de agua neutraliza estos minerales. La sal para lavavajillas mantiene el descalcificador limpio y en buen estado. Es muy importante ajustar el nivel de descalcificador. De esta forma se asegura de que el descalcificador utilice la cantidad correcta de sal y agua.

8.2 Utilización de sal, abrillantador y detergente

• Utilice únicamente sal, abrillantador y detergente para el lavavajillas. El aparato podría dañarse con otros productos.

• El abrillantador ayuda a secar la vajilla sin dejar rayas ni manchas durante la última fase de aclarado.

• Las pastillas de detergente combinado contienen detergente, abrillantador y otros productos añadidos. Compruebe que las pastillas son adecuadas para la

Cuando haya finalizado el programa de lavado, la pantalla mostrará 0:00.

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado o espere a que la función Auto Off desactive automáticamente el aparato.

Importante

• Deje enfriar la vajilla antes de retirarla del aparato. Los platos calientes son sensibles a los golpes.

• Vacíe primero el cesto inferior y, a continuación, el superior.

• Puede haber restos de agua en los laterales y en la puerta del aparato. El acero inoxidable se enfría con mayor rapidez que los platos.

• Para eliminar fácilmente los restos de comida, remoje las cacerolas y sartenes en agua antes de colocarlas en el aparato.

• Coloque los objetos huecos (por ejemplo, tazas, vasos, cazuelas) boca abajo.

• Asegúrese de que los cubiertos y los platos no se adhieran entre sí. Mezcle las cucharas con otros cubiertos.

• Asegúrese de que los vasos no chocan entre sí

8.4 Antes del inicio de un

Compruebe que:

• Los filtros están limpios y bien instalados.

• Los brazos aspersores no están obstruidos.

• La posición de los objetos en los cestos es correcta.

• El programa es adecuado para el tipo de carga y el grado de suciedad.

• Se utiliza la cantidad correcta de detergente.

• Hay abrillantador y sal para lavavajillas (a menos que utilice pastillas de detergente combinado).

• La tapa del depósito de sal está apretada.

9. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA

ADVERTENCIA

Antes de proceder con el mantenimiento, apague el aparato y desconecte el enchufe de la red.

9.1 Limpieza de los filtros

Los filtros sucios y los brazos aspersores obstruidos reducen la calidad del lavado. Revíselos periódicamente y, si es necesario, límpielos.

Gire el filtro (A) hacia la izquierda y extráigalo.

Para desmontar el filtro (A), separe (A1) y (A2).

Extraiga el filtro (B).

Lave los filtros con agua.

Antes de volver a colocar el filtro (B), asegúrese de que no queden restos de comida ni suciedad en el borde del sumidero o alrededor del mismo.

Asegúrese de que el filtro (B) esté correctamente colocado bajo las 2 guías (C).

Monte el filtro (A) y vuelva a colocarlo en el filtro (B). Gírelo hacia la derecha hasta que encaje.

Una posición incorrecta de los filtros puede dañar el aparato y provocar resultados de lavado no satisfactorios.

9.2 Limpieza de los brazos aspersores

No retire los brazos aspersores. Si los orificios de los brazos aspersores se taponan, retire la suciedad restante con un objeto afilado.

10. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

El aparato no se pone en marcha ni se detiene durante el funcionamiento. Antes de ponerse en contacto con el servicio técnico, consulte la información siguiente para solucionar el problema.

Algunos fallos de funcionamiento se indican en la pantalla con un código de alarma:

10.1 Los resultados del lavado y el secado no son satisfactorios

• La dosificación del abrillantador es demasiado alta. Ajuste el selector de abrillantador en la posición más baja.

• La cantidad de detergente es demasiada.

Manchas y gotas de agua en vajilla y cristalería

• La dosificación del abrillantador es insuficiente. Ajuste el selector de abrillantador en una posición más alta.

• La calidad del detergente podría ser la causa.

La vajilla está mojada

• El programa no tiene una fase de secado o la tiene con una temperatura baja.

Cierre el grifo y póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico.

• El dosificador de abrillantador está vacío.

• La calidad del abrillantador podría ser la causa.

• La calidad de las pastillas de detergente combinado podría ser la causa. Pruebe con una marca diferente o active el dosificador del abrillantador y utilice éste junto con las pastillas de detergente combinado.

10.2 Cómo activar el dosificador

La activación del dosificador del abrillantador se produce solo con la opción Multitab activada.

Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado para encender el aparato.

Ajuste la función Reset.
