A: To begin with, confirm if all the relevant switches are operated or if the fuse in the fuse box has blown. And ensure that the butcher oven door is tightly fitted.

A: Push the timer button and use the control to set the time. To find out how much time remains for cooking, push the timer button once again.
- Q: Is it allowed to use aluminum foil inside the oven?
A: It is not allowed to cover the oven cavity with aluminum foil because it may overheat the enamel coating which can cause damage to the oven.
- Q: What is the solution to cleaning the ceramic hob?
A: Let the hob cool down and use a soft damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe the hob. Heavy duty soilage can be removed with the specialized AEG cleaner.

A: Good quality pans with smooth flat bottoms should be used. Avoid pans with warped bottoms, shiny bottoms set on halogen plates and saucepans with copper bottoms.
