COOK ZONES
12 X SMALL ZONES
Up to 12 small pans (100 ‑ 160mm) can
be heated in any of the triangular zones.
The user interface controls adjust the heat
for both triangular zones in tandem.
6 x STANDARD ZONES
Up to 6 medium pans (160 ‑ 210mm) can be
heated on any of the six, square cook zones.
1 x LARGE ZONE
Pans 210 ‑ 350mm can be heated in the
four‑cook zone diamond on the left‑hand
side and adjusted by the 3rd set of controls.
All zones around the diamond
can be used, but since there are 6
controls in total, you will only be able
to control 6 zones individually.

3 TotalFlex Quick Start Guide – Cook Zones
2 OR 3 X BRIDGE ZONES
For longer pans two adjacent standard
cook zones can be bridged and used in
tandem to heat the full length of the pan.
Extra long pans
Some pans will be too long to position
vertically and use safely, as they
will cover the user interface.
Where this is the case the pan should
only be positioned horizontally.
Bridge zone controls
There are 7 potential Bridge zones. The Bridge is adjusted using the
first set of controls. The controls for the second zone will be inactive.
