Safety information
Safety for children and incompetent persons
• People (including children) who, because of their physical, sensory or mental capabilities or their inexperience of ignorance are not able to use the appliance safely, should not use this appliance without supervision or instruction by a responsible person.
• Switch on the child lock when there are children. The child lock makes sure that children do not accidentally switch on the appliance.

Installation safety measures
• Let a registered electrician do the installation of the appliance. If you do not contact a registered electrician, the guarantee becomes invalid if there is damage.

• Let a registered electrician do the electrical connection of the appliance.

Risk of fire
• Open the door carefully. The use of ingredients with alcohol can cause a mixture of alcohol and air. There is risk of fire.
• Do not let sparks or open flames come near the appliance when you open the door. There is risk of fire.
• Do not keep flammable materials in the appliance. There is risk of fire.
Operation safety measures
Discoloration of the oven enamel does not effect the performance of the appliance. The guarantee does not become invalid.
• Only use the appliance to cook, roast and bake food
• When you connect electrical appliances to mains sockets, do not let cables touch or come near the hot oven door.
• The inner side of the appliance becomes hot during use. There is risk of burns.
• Do not cover the appliance with aluminium foil to prevent damage to the oven enamel.
• Do not put baking trays, pots, etc. on the oven floor to prevent damage to the oven enamel.
• Never put hot water directly into the appliance to prevent damage to or discoloration of the oven enamel.
• User a deep baking tray for very moist cakes. If not, fruit juices can cause stains that can be permanent.
• Do not apply pressure on an open appliance door.
• Be careful when you remove or install the glass panels.
• Do not keep moist food in the appliance to prevent damage to the oven enamel.
• After you switch off the cooling fan, do not keep uncovered food in the appliance. Moisture can condense in the appliance or on the glass doors.

Care and cleaning
• Before maintenance, switch off the appliance and make sure that the appliance is cool.
• Do not clean the appliance with a steam cleaner or a high-pressure cleaner.
• Do not clean the glass oven door with abrasive fluids or metal scrapers, which could cause scratches on the surface. The glass could break and shatter

Oven accessories
Oven shelf
For cookware, cake tins, roasts.
Before first use
Nonstick flat baking tray
For cakes and biscuits.
Nonstick deep roasting pan
To bake and roast or as pan to collect fat.
Rack
For cookware, cake tins, roasts and grilled foods.
Rack frame
To put flat baking tray or deep roasting pan on it.
Oven steam outlet
The steam from the oven gets out through the outlet in the back left corner of the cooking surface (see the Description of the appliance in hob user manual).
Before first use
Initial Cleaning
• Remove all parts from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance before first use.
CAUTION!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents! This can damage the surface. Refer to chapter "Care and Cleaning".

Setting the time
The oven only operates after time set.
1. Push the Selection button (refer to section "Clock function") again and again until the function indicator Time of day
2. Use the + / - knob to set the time. After approx. 5 seconds, the flashing stops
and the display shows the time of day set. The appliance is now ready to use.
For time change you must not set a clock function ( Minute Minder, Duration or End) or an oven function at the same time. Make sure that the child safety device is not set.

To use the oven, push the retractable knob. The knob then comes out.

Switch the oven on
Turn the oven functions selector to a oven function. The power indicator comes on. The temperature display shows the suggested temperature for the oven function set. The oven starts to heat up. When the temperature is reached, an acoustic signal sounds.
Changing the oven temperature
Turn the + / - knob to raise or lower temperature. The setting changes in 5°C steps.
Controlling the temperature
Push Rapid heat up and Selection buttons at the same time. The temperature display shows the current oven temperature.
Switching the oven off
Turn the oven functions selector to the OFF posi­tion.
Cooling fan
When the appliance operates, the cooling fan switches on automatically to keep the sur­faces of the appliance cool. If you switch off the appliance, the cooling fan continues to operate until the appliance cools down.
Heat- up indicator
If you switch on an oven function, the bars on the display come on one by one. The bars show that the oven temperature increases.
Rapid heat up
With the additional function Rapid heat up you decrease the pre-heating time.
Do not put the food into the oven, until Rapid heat up is completed and the oven operates in the desired function.
1. Set an oven function.
2. Push the Rapid heat up button. The bars next to the symbol When the bars flash one by one, it shows that Rapid heat up operates. When Rapid heat up is completed:

Daily use
The oven now continues to heat according to the pre-set oven function and temper­ature. Now you can put the food in the oven.

Cooking zones
With the control knobs for cooking zones you operate the hob that you installed with the oven. For more information about the hob, refer to the hob user manual.

Cooking zone indicators (refer to "General overview ") show which zone you set.

1. Turn the control knob to a necessary heat setting.
2. To complete the cooking process, turn the control knob to the “0” position.
Automatic heat-up function
This information is applicable only if you install the hob with Automatic heat up function!
(1 = lowest heat setting; 9 = highest heat setting)

The automatic heat-up function heats the cooking zone with full power for some time.
1. To switch on the function, turn the control knob clockwise as far as possible (pass the highest heat setting).
2. To continue the cooking process, turn the control knob to the necessary heat setting.
3. To complete the cooking process, turn the control knob to the “0” position.

Inserting the oven accessories
On the inner side of the oven carriage door there are five levels (count from the bottom to the top) to insert accessories. Inserting the rack: Move the rack (1) into the necessary oven level. Push the rack down (2) until it makes a click into position.
Inserting the flat baking tray or deep roasting pan into the rack frame: Put the flat baking tray
or deep roasting pan on the rack frame.
Only use the rack frame to install the flat baking tray or deep roasting pan.

together, first insert the deep roasting pan on the rack frame and then put the rack on the subse­quent level up.
Grilling set
The grilling set includes the oven shelf and the deep roasting pan. You can use the oven shelf on the two sides.

Risk of burns when removing the accessories from a hot oven.
You can use the grilling set to roast larger pieces of meat or poultry on one level:
• Put the oven shelf inside the deep roasting
pan so that the supports of the oven shelf point upwards.
• Put the deep roasting pan in the oven car-
riage door at the necessary level.
You can use the grilling set to grill flat dishes in large quantities and to toast:
• Put the oven shelf inside the deep roasting

Inserting/Removing the Fat Filter
Only use the fat filter when roasting to protect the rear heating elements from fat splashes.
