App zu übermitteln. FITvigo ist kostenlos und bietet neben
einer übersichtliche Verlaufskontrolle zusätzliche Motivation

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Mit dem Aktivitätstracker messen Sie die Anzahl Ihrer Schritte, die zurückgelegte Entfernung und die hierbei verbrauchten Kalorien.
Zusätzlich können Sie Ihre Schlafzeiten in der App überwachen.
Der Aktivitätstracker ist ausschließlich für den Gebrauch im privaten Umfeld konzipiert
und nicht für eine medizinische oder sportmedizinische Nutzung geeignet.
Personen mit tragbaren oder implantierten medizinisch elektronischen Geräten
wie einem Herzschrittmacher sollten den Aktivitätstracker nur nach Rücksprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt verwenden.
Sicherheit
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Artikel spielen.
GEFAHR für Kinder
Halten Sie Kinder von Verpackungsmaterial fern. Bei Verschlucken besteht
Erstickungsgefahr. Achten Sie auch darauf, dass der Verpackungsbeutel nicht über
den Kopf gestülpt wird.
VORSICHT vor Sachschäden
Schützen Sie den Aktivitätstracker vor starken Stößen, Erschütterungen, direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung sowie Schmutz.
Der Aktivitätstracker ist spritzwassergeschützt. Nehmen Sie ihn aber ab, bevor Sie
z. B. schwimmen gehen oder baden.
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen an dem Artikel vor. Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur
von einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen. Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefährdungen für den Benutzer verursachen.

1. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth auf Ihrem Smartphone.
2. Starten Sie die App und folgen Sie den Anweisungen. Beachten Sie die angezeigten
Informationen und Erläuterungen.
Nach kurzer Zeit haben Sie den Aktivitätstracker mit der FITvigo App verbunden (Display-Anzeige „Success“).

Schritte zählen
Nachdem Sie Ihren Aktivitätstracker erfolgreich mit der FITvigo App verbunden haben,
beginnt die Messung, sobald Sie anfangen zu gehen. Die Aufzeichnung und Übertragung der Daten erfolgt automatisch. Beachten Sie:
Der Aktivitätstracker zeichnet permanent Ihre körperliche Aktivität auf. Dabei
werden all Ihre physischen Bewegungen in Schritte interpretiert. Es kann daher
sein, dass die tatsächlich zurückgelegte Strecke von der angegebenen Strecke
abweicht.
Die voreingestellte Schrittlänge ist ein Durchschnittswert, der nicht verändert
werden kann.
Jeden Tag um Mitternacht beginnt die Messung wieder bei null.

Schlafüberwachung aktivieren⁄deaktivieren
− Halten Sie beim Schlafengehen die Taste am Aktivitätstracker für ca. 5 Sekunden
gedrückt, bis im Display rechts ein kleiner blinkender Mond erscheint und das
Gerät kurz vibriert.
Der Schlafmodus ist aktiv.
− Halten Sie beim Aufstehen erneut für ca. 5 Sekunden die Taste gedrückt, bis das
Mond-Symbol nicht mehr angezeigt wird und das Gerät kurz vibriert.
Der Aktivitätstracker ist wieder im normalen Tagmodus.

Weckfunktion nutzen
Über die FITvigo App können Sie den Aktivitätstracker als Wecker nutzen.
1. Starten Sie die App auf Ihrem Smartphone.
2. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Weckzeit ein.
3. Speichern Sie die eingestellte Weckzeit.
4. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen, die Ihnen in der App angezeigt werden.
5. Bestätigen Sie die Meldung, dass die Weckzeit erfolgreich gespeichert wurde.
Zur eingestellten Zeit beginnt der Aktivitätstracker in Intervallen zu vibrieren, im Display wird außerdem ein blinkendes Weckersymbol angezeigt.
− Drücken Sie die Bedientaste des Aktivitätstracker, um die Weckfunktion auszu-
schalten.
Werte im Display anzeigen
Drücken Sie die Taste am Aktivitätstracker, wenn das Display ausgeschaltet ist.
Ist genügend Strom vorhanden, zeigt das Display Ihre aktuellen Werte.
Wenn nicht genügend Strom vorhanden ist, wird beim Drücken
der Taste zuerst der Ladezustand des Akkus angezeigt.
In diesem Fall sollten Sie den Akku in Kürze aufladen, siehe „Akku laden“.
Durch wiederholtes Drücken der Taste am Aktivitätsmesser werden ansonsten fol-

Intended Use
With the activity tracker, you can measure the number of your steps, the distance
travelled and the calories consumed while doing so.
In addition, you can monitor your sleep times in the app.
The activity tracker is designed exclusively for use in the private sphere and is not
suitable for medical or sports medicine use.
Persons with portable or implanted medical electronic devices such as a cardiac
pacemaker should use the activity tracker only after consultation with the
attending physician.
Safety
Children must not play with the item.
DANGER for children
Keep children away from packaging material. Risk of choking if swallowed. Also
beware that children do not pull the packaging material over their heads.
BEWARE of material damage
Protect the activity tracker from strong jolts, shocks, direct sunlight as well as dirt.
The activity tracker is splashproof. Remove it, however, before you bathe or go
swimming, for instance.
Do not make any modications to the item. Only allow repairs to be carried out at
a specialist workshop. Repairs carried out incorrectly can considerably endanger
the user.

Use
Connect the device with the app (pairing)
1. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Start the app and follow the instructions. Pay attention to the information and
explanations displayed.
After a short period of time your activity tracker will be connected with the FITvigo app
(display indicator “Success”).

Use
Counting steps
Once you have successfully connected your activity tracker with the FITvigo app,
measurement begins as soon as you start walking. Recording and transmission of data
are done automatically. Pay attention to the following:
The activity tracker makes a permanent record of your physical activity. In doing
so, all of your physical movements are interpreted in steps. As a result, the actual
distance covered may dier from the indicated distance.
The pre-set step length is an average value that cannot be changed.
Every day at midnight, the measurement restarts at zero.

Enabling/disabling sleep monitoring
− When going to sleep, press and hold the button on the activity tracker for approx.
5 seconds until a small, blinking moon appears on the right of the display and the
device vibrates briey.
Sleep mode is active.
− When getting up, press and hold the button again for approx. 5 seconds until the
moon icon is no longer displayed and the device vibrates briey.
The activity tracker is once again in normal daytime mode.

Using the alarm function
Via the FITvigo app you can use the activity tracker as an alarm.
1. Start the app on your smartphone.
2. Set the desired alarm time.
3. Save the set alarm time.
4. Follow the instructions that are displayed in the app.
5. Confirm the notification that the alarm time has been successfully saved.
At the set time the activity tracker begins to vibrate in intervals; furthermore, a blinking
alarm symbol is shown on the display.
− Press the operating button of the activity tracker in order to switch o the alarm
function.
Show values on display
Press the button on the activity monitor when the display is switched off.
If sufficient current is available, the display shows your current values.
If there is insufficient power, the battery charge status is displayed
first when you press the button.
In this instance, you should soon charge the battery – see “Charge battery”.
By repeatedly pressing the button on the activity monitor, the following data will also
be shown in turn:

Uso adecuado
Con la pulsera de actividad medirá el número de pasos, la distancia recorrida y las
calorías consumidas.
Además puede controlar sus horas de sueño en la App.
La pulsera de actividad está concebida para usarse exclusivamente en el ámbito
privado y no es apto para su uso médico o médico-deportivo.
Las personas con dispositivos médicos electrónicos portátiles o implantados,
como un marcapasos, únicamente deben utilizar la pulsera de actividad después
de haberlo consultado con su médico.
Seguridad
Los niños no deben jugar con el artículo.
RIESGOS para los niños
Mantenga a los niños alejados del material de embalaje. Existe el riesgo de asxia
por ingestión. Tenga cuidado de que no introduzcan la cabeza en la bolsa del
embalaje.
PRECAUCIÓN por daños materiales
Proteja la pulsera de actividad de golpes y sacudidas fuertes, de la luz directa del
sol y de la suciedad.

Utilización
Conectar el aparato con la App (Sincronizar)
1. Active el Bluetooth de su smartphone.
2. Inicie la App y siga las indicaciones. Tenga en cuenta las informaciones y
aclaraciones que se muestran.
En poco tiempo habrá conectado la pulsera de actividad con la App FITvigo (en la pantalla
se visualiza «Success»).

Utilización
Contar pasos
Una vez que ha conectado correctamente su medidor de actividad con la App FITvigo,
la medición comienza en cuanto comienza a andar. El registro y transmisión de los
datos se inicia automáticamente. Tenga en cuenta que:
La pulsera registra permanentemente su actividad corporal. Al hacerlo se
interpretan todos los movimientos físicos como pasos. Por eso puede suceder que
la distancia realmente recorrida sea diferente de la indicada.
La longitud de paso predeterminada es un valor medio que no puede cambiarse.
La medición comienza desde cero diariamente a medianoche.
Activar/desactivar control de sueño:
− Cuando se vaya a dormir, mantenga pulsado el botón de la pulsera de actividad
durante 5 segundos hasta que aparezca a la derecha de la pantalla una pequeña
luna parpadeando y el aparato vibre brevemente.
El modo sueño se ha activado.
− Al levantarse mantenga nuevamente presionado el botón durante 5 segundos
hasta que el símbolo de la luna desaparezca y el aparato vibre brevemente.
La pulsera de actividad está nuevamente en el modo día.

Utilizar la función despertador
Puede utilizar la pulsera de actividad como despertador a través de la aplicación
FITvigo.
1. Inicie la App en su smartphone.
2. Ajuste la hora deseada para despertarse.
3. Guarde la hora seleccionada.
4. Siga las instrucciones que se le muestran en la App.
5. Confirme el mensaje de que se ha guardado correctamente la hora del
despertador.
A la hora seleccionada comienza a vibrar la pulsera de actividad a intervalos y además
se visualiza en la pantalla un símbolo de despertador.
− Para desconectar la función despertador, presione el botón de control de la
pulsera de actividad.
Visualizar los valores en la pantalla
Presione el botón de la pulsera de actividad si la pantalla está apagada.
Si tiene batería suficiente, la pantalla mostrará los valores actuales.
Si el nivel de batería está bajo, al apretar el botón aparece en
primer lugar el nivel de batería.
En este caso debe recargar pronto la batería, consulte «Cargar la batería».
Presionando repetidamente el botón del medidor de actividad, se mostrarán los

De plus, vous pouvez surveiller vos heures de sommeil dans l’appli.
Ce traceur d’activité est exclusivement réservé à l’usage dans un cadre privé et non à
des fins thérapeutiques ou de médecine sportive.
Pour les personnes porteuses d’appareils médicaux portables ou implantés
tels que des stimulateurs cardiaques, l’avis d’un médecin est nécessaire avant
d’utiliser ce traceur d’activité.

Peu de temps après, le traceur d’activité est connecté à l’appli FITvigo (affichage à
l’écran «Success»).

Compter les pas
Après avoir connecté le traceur d’activité à l’appli FITvigo, la mesure démarre dès que
vous commencez à marcher. L’enregistrement et la transmission des données s’effectue
de manière automatique. Notez:
Le traceur d’activité enregistre en continue votre activité physique. Tous les
mouvements de votre corps sont ainsi interprétés en pas. Par conséquence, la
véritable distance parcourue peut diérer de la distance achée.
La longueur prédénie est une valeur moyenne qui ne peut être modiée.
Chaque jour à minuit, la mesure est remise à zéro.

Activer/désactiver la surveillance du sommeil
− Quand vous vous couchez, maintenez le bouton du traceur d’activité enfoncée
pendant environ 5 secondes jusqu’à ce qu’une lune clignotante apparaisse à
gauche de l’écran et que l’appareil vibre brièvement.
Le mode veille est activé.
− A votre réveil, maintenez à nouveau le bouton enfoncé pendant 5 secondes
jusqu’à ce que le symbole de lune ne s’ache plus et que l’appareil vibre
doucement.
Le traceur d’activité est de nouveau en mode jour normal.

Vous pouvez utiliser le traceur d’activité comme réveil via l’appli FITvigo.
1. Lancez l’appli sur votre smartphone.
2. Réglez l’heure du réveil souhaitée.
3. Enregistrez l’heure du réveil fixée.
4. Suivez les instructions qui vous sont présentées dans l‘appli.
5. Confirmez le message qui indique que l’heure du réveil a bien été enregistrée.
Le traceur d’activité commence à vibrer à l’heure réglée par intervalles. De plus, l’écran
affiche un symbole réveil clignotant.
− Appuyez sur le bouton de commande du traceur d’activité pour éteindre la
fonction réveil.
Valeurs affichées à l’écran
Appuyez sur le bouton du traceur d’activité lorsque l’écran est éteint.
Si l’appareil est suffisamment alimenté, l’écran affiche vos valeurs actuelles.
Lorsque l’appareil n’est pas suffisamment alimenté, le niveau de
charge de la batterie s’affiche dès qu’on appuie sur le bouton.
Dans ce cas, vous devriez recharger la batterie d’ici peu, voir «Charger la batterie».

consumate.
Inoltre, nell'App è possibile monitorare le ore di sonno.
Il braccialetto attività è stato progettato esclusivamente per l'uso in ambito privato e
non per uso medico o nella medicina dello sport.
Persone con dispositivi elettronici medici portatili o impiantati come pacemaker
devono utilizzare il braccialetto attività solo dopo consulto con il medico curante.
Sicurezza
I bambini non devono giocare con il dispositivo.
PERICOLO per i bambini
Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini il materiale di imballaggio. In caso di
ingestione sussiste il pericolo di soocamento. Prestare attenzione anché i
bambini non inlino la testa nel sacchetto di plastica.
ATTENZIONE a danni materiali

2. Avviare l'App e seguire le istruzioni. Osservare le informazioni e gli avvisi.
Dopo poco è possibile collegare il braccialetto attività con l'App FITvigo (Indicazione
display "Success").

Contare i passi
Dopo aver collegato il monitor dell'attività con successo all'App FITvigo, la misurazione
parte non appena si inizia a camminare. La registrazione e la trasmissione dei dati
avviene automaticamente. Osservare:
Il braccialetto attività registra continuamente l'attività sica. Esso interpreta tutti
i movimenti sici in passi. È possibile pertanto che la distanza eettivamente
percorsa sia diversa dalla distanza specicata.
La lunghezza del passo predenita è un valore medio che non può essere
modicato.
Ogni giorno a mezzanotte, la misurazione inizia nuovamente da zero.
Attivare/disattivare il monitoraggio del sonno
− Al momento di coricarsi premere il pulsante sul braccialetto attività per
5secondi, no a quando sul lato destro del display non appare una piccola luna
lampeggiante e il dispositivo vibra brevemente.
La modalità sonno è attiva.
− Al risveglio tenere premuto nuovamente il pulsante per 5 secondi, no a quando il
simbolo della luna non è più visualizzato e il dispositivo vibra brevemente.
Il braccialetto attività è nuovamente in modalità giorno normale.

Mediante l'App FITvigo è possibile utilizzare il braccialetto attività come sveglia.
1. Avviare l'App sul proprio smartphone.
2. Impostare l'ora della sveglia desiderata.
3. Salvare l'ora della sveglia impostata.
4. Seguire le istruzioni che vengono visualizzate nell'App.
5. Confermare il messaggio che l'ora della sveglia è stata salvata con successo.
All'orario impostato il braccialetto attività inizia a vibrare a intervallo, sul display inoltre
appare il simbolo della sveglia lampeggiante.
− Premere il tasto di comando del braccialetto attività, per spegnere la sveglia.
Visualizzazione dei valori sul display
Premere il tasto sul braccialetto attività, quando il display è spento.
Se la corrente è sufficiente, il display mostra i valori attuali.
Se non c'è abbastanza corrente, quando si preme il tasto viene
visualzizaato per primo lo stato di carica della batteria.
In questo caso è necessario ricaricare quanto prima la batteria, si veda "Ricarica della
batteria".

Liczenie kroków
Po udanym połączeniu kontrolera aktywności z aplikacją FITvigo pomiar rozpocznie
się od razu po pierwszym kroku. Rejestrowanie przesyłanie danych odbywa się
automatycznie. Prosimy pamiętać:
Kontroler aktywności w sposób ciągły rejestruje aktywność zyczną użytkownika.
Wszystkie wykonywane ruchy interpretowane i przekładane są na kroki. Dlatego
może się zdarzyć, że liczba rzeczywiście wykonanych kroków różni się od
przebytego dystansu.
Ustawiona wstępnie długość kroku jest wartością średnią, której nie wolno
zmieniać.
Codziennie o północy pomiar rozpoczyna się od zera.
Aktywowanie/dezaktywowanie monitorowania snu
− Przed snem należy nacisnąć przycisk na kontrolerze aktywności i przytrzymać
przez ok. 5sekund, aż po prawej stronie wyświetlacza pojawi się mały, migający
księżyc i odczuwalne będą przez krótki czas wibracje urządzenia.
Tryb snu jest aktywny.
− Po przebudzeniu należy ponownie przycisnąć przycisk na ok. 5 sekund, aż symbol
