A
Before installing your new Gateway Device please
ensure that the following items are in the box.
Gateway Device Model# SG200
Power Adapter
Ethernet Cable
Connect to the Gateway Device and Home Network Router

Step
1 Plug one end of the
Ethernet cable to the Gateway
Device’s Ethernet port.
Step
2 Plug the other end of
the Ethernet cable into the
LAN port on the back of your
Home Network Router.
Step
3 Plug the AC Power
Adapter connector to the
Gateway Device’s Power port.
Step
4 Now plug the Power
Adapter into a properly
grounded power outlet.

Interpret LED Activity

Power On
Make sure the Power LED
light on the Gateway
Device is Green.

Ethernet Connected
Your Ethernet LED light is
Green if the Ethernet
Cable is connected.
Please go to http://monitoringcontrol.verizon.com and
follow the simple steps provided in the online setup wizard.
This will enable you to add your Gateway device to the
Home Control Network.
