Use the surface mount key-switch to arm and disarm your alarm system. Simply turn the key instead of entering a PIN code. Operating your system is faster and easier. Apart from the arm/disarm function of the alarm system (or individual partitions), you can use the surface mount key-switch to control electronic equipment (entrance lighting, garage door, etc.). Two switch contacts are provided. You can set these as a permanent contact or as a pulse generator. The two colored LEDs permanently inform you about the state of connected devices. For example, you can see if the system is currently armed or disarmed. The reinforced fascia plate, the high-quality ABUS cylinder and a robust weatherproof housing (IP 55) protect the key-switch against external influences. The surface mount key-switch is designed for half-cylinders (10/30). It is available for both surface and flush fitting. The surface-fitted variant is protected from tampering by a cover contact and an anti-removal wall contact.
