documents and other sensitive informati­on on paper. Carbon ribbon cassettes or

Ce destructeur sert uniquement à détruire
les documents et autres supports d’infor­mations sur papier. Les cassettes à ruban
ou des matériaux semblables ne peuvent
être détruits. Des matériaux, qui de par
leur forme, peuvent être dangereux pour
l’opérateur (ficelle, bandes etc.) doivent
être précoupés avant introduction dans le
destructeur, pour éviter tout accident.

essere predistrutti per evitare incidenti.

AUFSTELLUNG

a) Die 4 Befestigungsschrauben an der

Palette mit einem Schraubenschlüssel
(SW 13) lösen.

b) Maschine mit mehreren kräftigen
Personen von der Palette heben und an
den Einsatzort rollen (Achtung: Die
Maschine nie am Aufsatztrichter an-

heben).

Wichtig: Maschine ausschließlich in trok­kenem Raum aufstellen.

c) Türe H öffnen. Schnittgutwagen 0
entnehmen, einen Plastiksack einlegen
und dessen Enden über den Schnittgut-

wagen 0 stülpen. Dann den Schnittgut­wagen nach vorn in den Unterschrank
schieben. Türe schließen, da sonst die
Maschine aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht
funktioniert.

d) Das Ablageregal F aufklappen, um
die Motor-Lüftungsschlitze G freizulegen.

e) Der Netzanschluß erfolgt an eine
Cekon-Steckdose. Ist keine solche Dose
vorhanden, muß der Anschluß durch
einen Elektriker erfolgen: Drehstrom ­Anschlußwerte gemäß Typenschild.
Sicherung bauseitig: 16 Amp. träge (230
Volt-Version: 30 Amp. träge).

f) Betriebsanleitung nach Durchlesen in
die vorgesehene Tasche an der
Türinnenseite schieben.

INSTALLATION MONTAGE

a) Loosen the 4 screws holding the

machine on the pallet with the help of a
wrench (13 mm).

b) Use several strong people to lift the
machine from the pallet. Then roll the
machine to its destination (Attention: Do
not lift the machine by the hopper).

Important: Machine should only be instal­led in a dry location.

c) Open the door H. Remove the waste
bin 0 and put a plastic bag in, folding the
bag end over the top of the waste bin 0.
Then push the waste bin into the cabinet.
Close the door, otherwise the machine will
not function for safety reasons.

d) Raise the feeding table F so that the
air slits G are open.

e) These machines come with a Cekon­plug. If a corresponding Cekon-socket is
not available, it should be installed by a
trained electrican: 3-phase A/C power ­voltage as per specification sticker. Circuit
protection: 16 amp. slow blowing (230
Volt-Version: 30 amp. slow blowing).

f) After reading the operating instructions
slide them into the holder inside the door.

la palette à plusieurs, et la rouler jusqu’au
lieu d’installation (Attention: Ne jamais
soulever la machine par l’entonnoir).

Important: La machine ne doit pas être
utilisée en endroit humide.

c) Ouvrir la porte H. Retirer le chariot à
déchets 0 et y introduire un sac plastique
en le rabattant sur les bords du chariot à
déchets 0. Replacer ensuite le chariot à
déchets dans son logement en le pous­sant vers l’avant. Fermer la porte, sinon le
destructeur, pour des raisons de sécurité,
ne fonctionnera pas.

d) Remonter la tablette F pour libérer
les aérations G.

e) Ce destructeur est équipé d’un moteur
triphasé. Les caractéristiques du moteur
se retrouvent sur la plaque signalétique
de la machine. Le secteur doit être
protégé par des fusibles de 16 ampères à
fusion lente en version 400 Volts (Version
230 Volts: 30 ampères à fusion lente).

f) Après consultation, ranger le mode
d’emploi dans son emplacement derrière
la porte.

a) Maak de 4 bevestigingsschroeven los

c) Open de deur H. Opvangbak 0 voor
hergebruik uit de onderkast halen en een
plastic zak in de opvangbak hangen waar­bij het uiteinde van de zak over de
opvangbak heen geschoven wordt.
Vervolgens de opvangbak naar voren in
de onderkast schuiven. Sluit de deur aan­gezien de machine uit veiligheidsoverwe­gingen anders niet functioneert.

d) Toevoerblad F omhoog klappen zodat
de koelsleuven G van de motor open
staan.

e) Stroomaansluiting is alleen mogelijk
met een Cekon-contactdoos. Wanneer
deze niet voorhanden is, dient een elektri­cien ingeschakeld te worden: draaistroom

- aansluitwaarden volgens typeplaatje.
Zekering: 16 Amp. traag (230 Volt-versie:
30 Amp. traag).

f) U kunt de gebruiksaanwijzing na het
lezen in de houder aan de binnenzijde van
de deur stoppen.

b) Affidare a 4 persone robuste il solleva­mento della macchina dal pallet. Posizio­nare il distruggidocumenti dove si desi­dera (Attenzione: non sollevare l’appa­recchio afferrandolo dall’imbuto).

Importante: La macchina deve essere in­stallata soltanto in un ambiente asciutto.

c) Aprire lo sportello H. Estrarre il carrel-
lo raccogli sfridi 0 e inserirvi il sacco in
plastica ripiegando all’esterno le estremità
superiori. Afferrare il carrello raccogli sfridi
per le apertura e reinserirlo nel mobiletto.
Chiudere lo sportello, altrimenti la macchi­na non funzionerà per motivi di sicurezza.

d) Sollevare il piano di alimentazione F
in modo che le prese d’aria G siano
aperte.

e) Le macchine sono dotate di spine
Cekon. Se non è disponibile una corris­pondente presa Cekon, occorre farla
montare da un elettricista qualificato: CA,
trifase - tensione come da targhetta.
Protezione circuiti: Fusibile ritardato da 16
Amp. (230 Volt - Fusibile ritardato da 30
Amp).

f) Dopo aver letto il manuale d’istruzione
inserirlo nel supporto all’interno dello
sportello.

a) Desapretar los 4 tornillos que sujetan
la máquina al pallet, con la ayuda de una
llave inglesa (13 mm).

b) Para levantar la máquina del pallet se
necesitan 4 personas de constitución
fuerte. Hecho esto, colocar la máquina en
el lugar elegido (Atención: No levantar la
máquina desde la tolva).

Importante: La máquina debe ser instala­da sólo en lugares secos.

c) Abrir la puerta H. Sacar el carro de
viruta 0 y poner una bolsa de plástico
dentro, plegando los bordes de la bolsa
por encima de los extremos del carro de
viruta. Luego empujar el recipiente dentro
del mueble. Cierre la puerta, si no la má­quina no funcionará por razones de segu­ridad.

d) Levantar la mesa de alimentación F
para que las rendijas del aire G estén
abiertas.

e) Estas máquinas están equipadas con
un enchufe Cekon. Si no hubiera disponi­ble la correspondiente toma Cekon, se
debería de instalar una por un electricista
profesional: Trifásica A/C Potencia - volta­je según las especificaciones de la pega­tina. Protección del circuito: 16 amp.
(Versión 230 voltios: 30 amp.).

f) Después de leer las instrucciones de
uso, colóquelas en el apartado que hay
en la parte interior de la puerta.

WICHTIG: Vor der Entnahme des gefüllten
Plastiksacks, Schnittgutwagen einige Male ca.
15 cm herausziehen (siehe Abbildung)

IMPORTANT: Before removing the full plastic
bag, shake the waste bin back and forward a
few times by pulling the waste bin approx. 15
cm out (see illustration).

IMPORTANT: Avant de sortir le sac plastique
plein, secouer plusieurs fois le chariot à
déchets d’avant en arrière, en veillant à ne
pas le sortir de son logement de plus de 15
cm environ (voir illustration).

bestehen 2 Möglichkeiten der
Beschickung:

[1] Besc
trichter D (für das Vernichten ganzer

Papierkorbinhalte mit Knüllpapier, Zeit­schriften, EDV-Listen, usw.): Bei Betäti­gung des Drucktasters für Vorwärtslauf 0
wird die Maschine eingeschalten und kann
über den Aufsatztrichter beschickt wer­den. Nach dem Vernichtungsvorgang die
Stopp-Taste 1 drücken.

[2] Beschickung über die Zuführöff­nung am Schneidwerk E mit Start-

/Stopp-Automatik: Bei Papierzuführung

startet die Maschine aufgrund der
Lichtschranke automatisch und schaltet
nach dem Vernichtungsvorgang auch
automatisch wieder ab.

Bei Bedarf kann mit Hilfe des Drucktasters
für Rückwärtslauf 2 reversiert werden.

Leuchtet die ‘Sack-voll-Anzeige’ 4, wech­seln Sie bitte den gefüllten Auffangsack
(Plastiksäcke sind vom Hersteller lieferbar

- siehe Zubehör).
Wird zuviel Papier zugeführt, schaltet die

Maschine ab und reversiert, um den
Papierstapel zu lösen. Zur Beseitigung
des Papierstaus kann der Aufsatztrichter
D geöffnet werden - die Maschine ist
dann aus Sicherheitsgründen abgeschal­tet und es leuchtet die rote Leuchtanzeige
für ‘Türe/Aufsatztrichter geöffnet’ 3.

OPERATION UTILISATION

Push the main switch C to position l.
Green LED 5 illuminates. The paper
shredder is now ready for operation.
Depending on the type of material and the
amount to be shredded there are 2 diffe­rent shredding possibilities:

[1] Feeding via the f

(for shredding the contents of waste bas­kets, crumpled paper, newspapers, com­puter printouts, etc.): Press the switch for
forward operation 0. The machine will
switch on and can be fed via the hopper.
After shredding, press the stop button 1.

[2] Feeding via the shred opening
with automatic Start/Stop: When paper

BEDIENING

BELANGRIJK: Schudt, voordat u de volle

scegliere tra due diversi sistemi di alimen­tazione:

WARTUNG UND PFLEGE

Bitte geben Sie nach jedem
Plastiksackwechsel Öl über die gesamte
Breite des Schneidwerkes (dazu kann der
Aufsatztrichter geöffnet werden).
Anschließend Maschine kurz einschalten,
damit sich das Öl im Schneidwerk verteilt
(Spezialöl vom Hersteller lieferbar - siehe
Zubehör).

Von Zeit zu Zeit bitte die Lichtschranke E
mit einem kleinen Pinsel oder ähnlichem
reinigen.

MÖGLICHE STÖRUNGEN

● Maschine läuft nicht an! Kontrollieren

Sie folgende Punkte: Netzstecker einge­steckt? Sicherung bauseitig O.K.?
Hauptschalter in Position I? Not-Aus­Ta ste B entriegelt? Sack voll? Tür und
Aufsatztrichter geschlossen?
➜ Drucktaster für Vorwärtslauf drücken

einführen, damit die Lichtschranke
anspricht.

● Maschine schaltet ab! Bei extremer

Belastung unterbricht der Motorschutz­schalter die Stromzufuhr. Maschine schal­tet nach kurzer Abkühlzeit automatisch
wieder ein.

● Flügelwelle vor dem Schneidwerk bleibt

stehen! Material hat sich verklemmt,
die Rutschkupplung verhindert die Be­schädigung der Flügelwelle. Bitte Ma­schine sofort stoppen und nach dem
Reversieren das Material entnehmen.

MAINTENANCE

After every shred bag change, the entire
length of the cutting head should be oiled
(to do this the hopper can be opened).
Then briefly switch on the machine to let
the oil spread over the cutting head (A
special oil for this purpose is available
from the manufacturer - see accessories).

From time to time clean the photo cell E
with a small brush or something similar.

ENTRETIEN

Lors de chaque changement de sac,
déposer plusieurs filets d’huile sur toute la
largeur du bloc de coupe (l’entonnoir peut
être ouvert pour cette opération). Faire
tourner brièvement la machine pour que
l’huile se répartisse dans le bloc de coupe
(huile spéciale - voir accessoires recom­mandés).

POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS

● Machine will not start! Check the fol-

lowing points: Machine is plugged in?
Fuse is O.K.? Main switch is in position l?
Emergency stop key B is unlocked? Bag
full? Door and hopper closed?
➜ Press button for forward operation or
feed paper in the middle of the shred ope­ning E, so that it passes through the
photo cell.

● Machine stops! In case of extreme

overloading the motor protection switch
will cut off the power supply. The machine
starts after a short cooling down period
automatically.

● Rotating feeding paddles do not run!

Material has jammed, the clutch prevents
damage to the feeding paddles. Stop
machine, and remove the material after
reversing.

If none of these points are applicable,
contact your dealer.

INCIDENTS EVENTUELS

● La machine s’arrête! En cas de sur-

charge extrême, le disjoncteur coupe l’ali­mentation électrique. Après un court
temps de refroidissement, la machine
redémarre automatiquement.

● L’axe à ailettes reste bloqué! Un

matériau est coincé et l’embrayage patine
pour empêcher la détérioration de l’axe à
ailettes. Arrêter de suite la machine.
Appuyer sur la touche „marche-arrière“ et
retirer le matériau.

Si le disfonctionnement persiste après ces
vérifications, veuillez contacter le SAV.

reinigen met een zacht borsteltje of iets
dergelijks.

MOGELIJKE STORINGEN

● Apparaat start niet! Controleer de vol-

gende punten: Stekker in het stopcon­tact? Zekering in orde? Schakelaar in po­sitie I? Noodknop B is niet vergrendeld?
Zak vol? Deur en trechter gesloten?
➜ 'vooruit'-knop indrukken dan wel ma-

teriaal invoeren in invoeropening E langs
de foto-elektrische cel.

● Machine schakelt uit! Bij extreme bela-

sting onderbreekt de motor bescherming­schakelaar de stroomtoevoer. De machine
slaat na een korte afkoelperiode automa­tisch weer aan.

● Vleugelas staat stil! Er zit materiaal

klem en de glijkoppeling verhindert
beschadiging van de vleugelas. Stop de
machine, laat het papier teruglopen en
verhelp het probleem.

Als geen van deze punten van toepassing
is, dient u contact op te nemen met uw
dealer.

MANUTENZIONE

Dopo ogni cambio del sacco si deve oliare
il gruppo frese per tutta la lunghezza (per

Accendere per qualche secondo la
macchina onde consentire lo spargimento
dell’olio su tutto il gruppo frese (Tra gli
optional è disponibile uno speciale olio
biodegradabile).

MANTENIMIENTO

Después de cada cambio de bolsa, toda
la longitud del cabezal de corte debería
ser lubricada (para realizar este trabajo la
tolva puede abrirse). Entonces, encender

PROBLEMI TECNICI

macchina riprende automaticamente a
funzionare dopo un breve periodo di
raffreddamento.

● Le palette rotanti d’alimentazione non

funzionano! In caso di inceppamento la
frizione entra in azione per impedire che
l’albero delle palette si danneggi. Fermare
la macchina ed estrarre il materiale
inceppato dopo aver attivato la funzione
indietro.

● ¡Las palas entrada papel no funcionan!

El material se ha atascado y el embrague
previene cualquier daño en las palas ent­rada papel. La máquina se para, y aclara
cualquier problema después de la marcha
atrás.
