Dear Customer, In the event that your Abarth vehicle should present a problem attributable to a material or manufacturing fault during
the validity period of this Warranty:
call 24h ABARTH if you need Roadside Assistance. The
Operations Centre will provide information and as­sistance 24 hours a day;
if your vehicle is in working condition, you can take it
to the workshop of the Abarth Dealership that you bought it from, or to the Abarth Dealership which nor­mally serves you, or to any other Abarth Dealership in the United Kingdom or abroad;
the Abarth Dealership/Workshop will return the re-
paired vehicle in perfect conditions totally free of charge for interventions covered by warranty;
always remember to present this warranty book
to the Abarth Dealership assisting you; the Abarth Dealership will provide assistance free of charge ac­cording to the agreed procedures.

WARRANTY ABROAD
All the operations covered by the warranty are available under the same terms from all Abarth Dealerships.
In countries where there is no Abarth Service Network, the Customer should obtain the documentation attesting the work carried out, and upon his return to his own coun­try, submit it to the Abarth Dealership where he purchased

Alle Leistungen im Rahmen der Garantie fur Ihr Fahrzeug werden vom gesamten Abarth - Servicenetz zu den glei­chen Bedingungen erbracht.
In Ländern, in denen kein Abarth-Servicenetz besteht, muss sich der Kunde eine genaue Dokumentation über die durch­geführten Arbeiten erstellen lassen und nach seiner Rückkehr an den Abarth-Vertragspartner in seinem Land wenden, bei welchem er das Fahrzeug gekauft hat. Dieser wird dann die Lösung des Falles übernimmt.
GARANTÍA EN EL EXTRANJERO
Todas las prestaciones de Garantía se ofrecen con las mis­mas modalidades en toda la Red de Asistencia Abarth.
En los países en los que no exista una Red de Asistencia Abarth, el Cliente deberá solicitar en el taller que ha lle­vado a cabo la reparación la documentación explicativa y justificativa de la misma, entregándola a su regreso para el reembolso de los gastos contemplados en la Garantía del Concesionario donde ha comprado su vehículo.
GARANTIA NO ESTRANGEIRO
Todas as intervenções cobertas pela Garantia são ofere­cidas com as mesmas modalidades em todas as sedes da Rede de Assistência Abarth.
Nos Países onde não existe uma Rede de Assistência Abarth, o Cliente deverá solicitar, junto da Oficina que irá efectuar a reparação, documentação explicativa e justifi­cativa da intervenção realizada e, quando regressar ao seu País, entregá-la ao Concessionário vendedor que se en­carregará do caso.

Abarth Special Editions
The personalisations of the vehicle, that had been performed in the Workshops Abarth & C. S.p.A., are covered by the same types of warranties indicated in the warranty booklet of you vehicle. Abarth provides a number of complementary services described in the applicable section of this booklet.

VEHICLE WARRANTY
Abarth UK which is a trading name of Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd, guarantees your vehicle against man­ufacturing faults for a period of 24 months from the date

of first registration and without mileage limits. Under this Warranty, the Dealer must repair components
which are defective due to a manufacturing defect by re­placing them with genuine Abarth spare parts or recondi­tioned Abarth parts free of charge. Operations under War­ranty carried out by a Abarth Dealership include:
repair or replacement of the faulty component
labour needed for the replacement or repair
supply of consumable materials needed to carry out the

repair under Warranty.
COMPLEMENTARY
The Warranty does not cover faults or malfunctions caused, wholly or partly, or aggravated by:
modifications, repairs or disassembly of the vehicle not carried out by a Abarth Service Network workshop
failure to carry out the scheduled servicing operations [directly affecting the failed component] required by the Manufacturer and described in your vehicle's “Owner Handbook” (please take note of the information con­tained in the Scheduled Servicing) section

modifications of the vehicle without the Manufacturer's prior authorisation;
negligence, accidents, late reporting of faults, improper use, participation in sporting events, repairs with non­genuine spare parts (i.e. parts not supplied by the Man­ufacturer). Exacerbation of the fault by continued dri­ving or use
The Warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. In particular, it does not cover the re­placement or top-up of oil or other liquids or replacement of the following components: spark plugs, heater plugs, fil­ters, automotive/transmission belts, clutch, brake discs and pads, rear brake shoes and drums, shock absorbers, fus­es, bulbs, windscreen and rear window wiper blades, etc.
The Warranty set out in this Warranty Booklet does not affect the Consumer's rights pursuant to relevant local law.

ADDITIONAL ABARTH WARRANTY
Once the 24 month warranty has expired, Abarth will war­rant the vehicle for an additional period of 12 months from date of registration subject to terms and conditions avail­able upon request.
Under this Additional Warranty, the Dealer is obliged to repair components which are DEFECTIVE due to man­ufacturing defects by replacing them with genuine Abarth spare parts or reconditioned Abarth parts free of charge.
Operations under Warranty carried out by the Abarth Ser­vice Network include:
repair or replacement of the faulty component
labour needed for the replacement or repair
supply of consumable materials needed to carry out the
repair under Warranty. The Additional Warranty does not cover: a) repairs of faults or failures due in any matter to: (i) neg-
ligence, vandalism, natural disasters, accidents (against
other vehicles or barriers, fixed or mobile obstacles), (ii)
use of the vehicle not in accordance with the Manufac-
turer's instructions; (iii) failure to carry out or incor-
rect including use of unsuitable parts or (iv) body mod-
ifications or mechanical tuning carried out without the
Manufacturer's approval;
b) (i) repair of faults or failures due in any manner to nor-
mal wear and tear, such as for example replacement or top-up of oil and other liquids; (ii) replacement of the following components: brake discs and pads, filters clutch, injectors, windscreen and rear window wiper blades, exhaust pipe, battery, tyres and rims, windows and light clusters, upholstery and fabrics, light bulbs, fus­es, accessories, trim and equipment not originally fitted by the Manufacturer. (iii) operations for eliminating creaking and vibrations of equipment and upholstery ma­terial;
c) routine servicing operations, for example, but not lim-
ited to: wheel balancing, alignments, exhaust emissions checks, tyres, encased timing or auxiliary belts, carbon­isation, hoses & unions, electrical connections, in car en­tertainment, aerials, car telephones, adjustments or align­ments, locks, bodywork seals, mountings;
d) repairs of faults and failures related to vehicle compo-
nents to which limitations of the Manufacturer's 24 month Warranty apply. Such limitation relates to recog­nised faults, accepted by the customer when the vehicle was purchased. The Additional Warranty requires the vehicle to be subjected to the service operations re­quired by the Manufacturer and described in the Own­er Handbook provided with your vehicle.

The Additional Warranty lapses in the following cases:
if the vehicle is modified or used in any sporting events
if the odometer is altered or tampered with in any way
if the customer provided false information concerning the actual distance travelled by the vehicle
If the warranty is not recorded in the current owners

COMPLEMENTARY
PAINTWORK WARRANTY
The vehicle is warranted against manufacturing defects of the paintwork for a period of 36 months from the date of first registration. The Warranty provides for the total or partial repainting of the vehicle to the extent necessary and elimination of any ascertained fault according to the Man­ufacturer's standard conditions.
The Warranty does not cover:
the results of damage to the protective surface, such as scrapes, scratches, abrasion, accidents and contact with chemicals;
the results of causes unrelated to the production process or inadequate maintenance
the results of repairs to the bodywork not performed by the Abarth Service Network
chipping caused by stones or gravel.
We would ask you to consult the Owner Handbook for instructions and important information on the preserva­tion and correct maintenance of the bodywork.
