Introduction
Our Z-Wave Home GatewayTM is designed to connect and communicate multi Z-Wave devices. Feature packed, tiny and powerful Z-Wave home gateway to communicate. Monitor and control your home remotely from anywhere in the world using a mobile phone or tablet PC. Enhanced expansion capability plus stylish appearance, the Home Gateway series are the most versatile accessories to the Z­Wave users.
Installation and Connection
1. Connect your Z-Wave Home Gateway with a router
using your LAN cable and start the controller.
2. From now on Z-Wave Home Gateway will be visible to
all devices within your local area network (LAN).
3. Make the connection with the mobile phone and
Ethernet as shown below.

Turn on any QR code APP on your mobile phone to scan QR code below to automatically download and install the application.

The APP is called “Z-Butler”. When the application is activated, it will automatically search Z-Wave Home Gateway IP address. The login account is

How to make FG3200 Home Gateway support Intranet and Internet
Step1. Connect LAN cable first and then power on

Application and Diagram
The following scenario is simulation from daily life for user reference. Specific scenario can be edited in the APP interface according to the user habits.
Home Security
1.
Mount the Door/Window Sensor on both sides of the door or window.
2.
When the user leaves the house, turn on the arming detection switch (need to edit in the scenario interface). If the door/window is unexpectedly opened by others, Door/Window Sensor will be triggered and will transmit signals to turn on the Home Cam (optional, sole separately) to record and save the video in the gateway, and to notify Z-Wave Home Gateway.
3.
After receiving the signal, Z-Wave Home Gateway will send commands to both Z-Wave Siren and the mobile phone connected.
4.
As a result, Z-Wave Siren will sound the alarm, while the mobile phone APP will notify to alert the user and keep records.

FAQ
Home Gateway Firmware Update
Step 1. Connect computer to FG3200R1 by using network
cable. Then go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > Ethernet (right-click the mouse) > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties. Next, change IP address/Subnet mask into 192.168.0.x/ 255.255.255.0. Lastly, click OK.

Step 2. Open IE Browser and key in 192.168.0.254 in the IP
address.
Step 3. Click Management > Upgrade Firmware.

Step 4. Click SelectFile to find FG3200R1 Firmware and select
it. Then, click Upload.
Step 5. “Change Setting Successfully” message will show on
the screen and need to wait for 107 seconds. After 107seconds, the Home Page shows up which means the update is completed.

Home Gateway Time Setting
Step 1. Login the Web Portal of FG3200 Home Gateway Web
Portal by entering IP address 192.168.1.254 in your IE. Select Time Zone Setting from left function column.

How to remove the ghost node of the device?
Step 1. Select Node.

device excludes successfully. Users need to re-execute inclusion/exclusion and then you can use the device normally.
